Guys I have a doubt...I am about to send my returned application today(received yesterday)

I have my old POF letter from bank. Can I use the same letter, as my branch manager is out of station and will come only after 3 to 4 days. If any other person apart from him signs is ok..?

Or else Shall I send the Old POF with the pacakage and afterwards send it as a additional docuement to CIC.

and on a general note...If someones spouse conceives during the process. Do i have to intimate or wait till PER..?

Don't take risk with additional documents. It's enough to get sign from any bank staff in my opinion the bank seal is more important than the signature.

LOL Thanks Bro :P

Another important thing is DO NOT ever let go off your COPR. This piece of paper is more important than your PR card. This is sought for when you apply for Citizenship in the later years.

It doesn't look important at all but ironically its is really important.

Good info, shared by SPICY(spicysank) today!
Sorry i am karmafied, can some one give +1 on his dedication towards forum.

shared by him:
1. Login to your WES account and order additional copies. Its that easy. Well you need to pay for them (Unsaid)
2. Take a leave go to Canada. Land there apply for PR and come back. Later try to take a transfer to Canada if your company has branches there. When you are done go to Canada and settle there. Its valid for 5 years. and you have to stay 3 of 5 years( think so) to maintain your PR.
3. You can exit immediately. The issue here is the time taken to apply for PR CARD and SIN CARD. After applying you an leave. Someone can recieve it on your behalf and mail it out. For health card in Ontario you need to wait for a month to get your first bank statement with the address on it.

Thanks to all for the well wishes! I'm happy to be in the running for PR!

HI all!

update and asking for help
2014 05-23 arrived CIC
2014-09-10 PER
2014-10-17 MR, PCC, RPRF (Manila VO)

Here is my situation,

1) My wife is pregnant for 2.5 month now. Our plan for now is to take X-ray test after delevery and include the baby in the process. Will this be ok?
I guess we still need to show up for the medical test and let doctor do all the defering work. Is this correct? or any other suggestion?

2) Both me and my wife have to summit FBI clearence. We do not live in US now though. I apply them last month and it seems the process takes about 12 week plus delivery time. VO says I should summit additional doument in 30 days.
As we try to defer our medicals, the 30 day period can be extended automatically or do I have to arrange this schedule separately with Manila VO.

please share and advice if you have any experence or idea.
my concern is more in no2.
Thanks.

by the way I'll update SS :D

ya I ll..but can some one help me about my second question

When you are a permanent resident, you can live outside of Canada, but must live in Canada for at least two years in a five-year period. If you live outside of Canada for longer, you may lose your permanent resident status.

Minimum residency obligations

You must meet the residency obligation to obtain a Permanent Resident Card.

If you have been a permanent resident for five (5) years or more

you must have been physically present in Canada for a minimum of 730 days within the past five (5) years.
If you have been a permanent resident for less than five (5) years

you must show that you will be able to meet the minimum of 730 days of physical presence in Canada within five (5) years of the date you became a permanent resident.

Hey buddy

Big congrats

Please pray for me too. Processing started since 23 September.

Thanks

Congrats

For online payment they'll charge in CAD. But if you make a draft for the sum in INR you pay less (Compared to exchange rate @ 54.76 XE). The rates are on the link they sent you for RPRF payment.

Dears,

Got my MR on 15-oct-2015.
PER Received : 21-Aug_2015
Visa Office : NDVO ( New Delhi )
Dear Admins, Please guide me how do I update data in the spread sheet.

Please guide me how to do RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence) fee payment and get receipt for me , my spouse & 2 year old kid.

Also , along with MR , RPRF receipts , first & last pages of Passport , what else do i need to send , Please guide ...

Congrats.

You can pay RPRF online. Please follow the payment link given in your MR mail. This would be paid for you and your spouse, not for the kid.

Take the print out of the payment receipt and combine it with passport copies for all members and also include medicals acknowledgement given by the doctor.
Courier the above to NDVO address.

Regards
