I am really sorry about this :-\. This is horrible. I think you would only have to arrange again for original documents. As far as the forms, I am sure you have copies, so it should be easy to fill those out again.

Me and My friend both applied in May. We both had similar 10th marksheet with my full name.
My application was rejected and my friend's application was accepted.
So please send AFFIDAVIT if you do not have birth certificate.
THERE IS NO HARM IN SENDING AFFIDAVIT WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFCATE.

According to a SS entry CIO will not acknowledge duplicate ECA.

I did not get what you mean. "Will not acknowledge duplicate ECA"
Do you mean CIO will not accept duplicate ECA from WES? if Yes It is not true I am 110% sure they accept. Because there are so many applicants who chose first normal post for WES report which never delivered to their address and after that whenever you will order additional copy it always comes"Duplicate copy" and WES report is valid for 5 years so you can order additional copies but always the report would be "Duplicate copy".

Again my question is if I send "Duplicate copy" or "Photocopy of Duplicate Copy" what is the difference. because both looks same.
I never got original copy so I do not know what is the difference between Original copy and Photocopy of Original copy.

I am a 2nd July Applicant under NOC 1123.

My wife is a diabetic and takes insulin everyday but its very much controlled.

Would that be an issue at a later stage of Medical Request..??

Do we have the same cases earlier who have been approved PR..??

Dont worry bhai... it wont be an issue.. there were many cases who get through medicals even if being 55-60+. and mainly they look for contagious disease like HIV and TB. So its wont matter just chill..

Well, if you are 110% sure. Send them an ICAP duplicate.
