2014-08-26 PER - Positive Eligibility via email

2014-09-15 email - we received your application on 05/13/2014

2014-09-30 We have started to process your application 09/30/2014

2014-10-16 Request for Medical/Passport/Fees Request

I received AOR from HK visa office mid of Aug. Now nearly 2 months passed, no news, no updates from visa office. Is it normal? Any one have the similar situation?

I became a little upset to this.

This is your AOR. From the spreadsheet, I see you had a very early PER compared to other 7th May apps (July 8). Did you receive acknowledgement of file transfer, or how do you know your file was transferred on July 18th?

I'm also HKVO and would like to hear from them ASAP.

One of Friend July 2nd applicant credit card has been blocked while they tried to charge. The bank said they tried twice back to back with 2 minutes gap.
My friend already called to bank and said not to block but is there any chance that they will try again ??

I heard Officer will try three times with 2 days gap in between. Is it true ??

Please shed some lights in this if any one has any info.

Moreover for saving account, the online account statement will work or I have to get the account statement from bank

NOT PPF but EPFO, that's you and your employer contributes.

Brother, you have to go HOME Branch if GOVT bank and any branch, if PRivate bank, go and ask them Bank Balance Certificate
Will take 3 hrs to 2 days maximum

gauti1 only 50 % value is considered if it has completed 5 years/lockin period.

Either get a statement from the bank or get your online statement sign and stamped from the bank. Also get a balance cerificate for your savings account. That will be more authentic.

How CIC will got to know the difference between DUPLICATE and PHOTOCOPY of DUPLICATE? Both looks absolutely same

Yes, that should be done on the urgent basis and please confirm the international transaction limit and that should be more than your fees.

Hi seniors and forumates,

I had applied last years fsw and got my app returned as the cap had reached for noc1112. So this year I applied again under the same noc and got my file returned cause of mismatch of jd and noc jd... So I had sent an mail sending my jd to CIC and they came back saying I can apply under noc1114.. Though I feel my jd is closer to 0111...

Anyways I have all the requisite documents like my jd in a4 paper and got it signed by my manager..

Got a service letter from the company which details my current position, tenure etc..

My question is, on whose behalf should the affidavit be prepared? Should it b on behalf of my manager as he is signing my jd or can the affidavit be on my behalf?

It would be of great help IF somebody could list out the contents required in the affidavit as well...

Yes they make 3 attempts within few days gap may be 3days or a week or more. but they will make 3 attempts
