Latest Update on FSW2014
Latest Charged: 02 July
Latest PER: 18 June
Total CIC Apps: 5,223 out of 25,000

Good Job!

Yes you will need to sign the payment form no matter your form of payment. There have been cases of file being rejected when Payment form is not signed.

This means, CIC does consider !! Not harsh on people. Thanks for informing, Namaste !!

Hello Canol and namaste,

I Have Birth Certificate of my wife in Hindi and also got the Translated version of Birth Certificate in English From the municipal Coorporation.
I Made 4 copies of the English Version and sending the original translated English Version copy, without any notarisation or notary attestation.

I am not doing the photocopy of the Translated Version and also not then notarising it.

IS that Ok?

OMG...is this true? ??? I have not signed it (since it was DD)

May be a very wierd question to ask NOW ... Please can some one help me with below query

I am an India citizen currently staying and working in UK , I have chosen LONDON VO , did i choose the right ONE . I have spoken with an agent he was saying u have to choose ur country VO not the place where i stay and live....

I am worried now :( , I have received my PER on oct 3rd .

Cheers,
CVABUGS

You were correct..I assume you are staying there for more than a year..Guide 7000 says

"Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serves:
•your country of nationality, or
•the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one (1) year.
" All the best!

No Need..as when you took the DD your name (/ whoever is paying his name) is already there as the payer, and that can happen only with payer's consent.

In the case of cc, YOU HAVE TO SIGN though! All the best!
