Simple query from my side i see many people have updated the application filed date which effectively should be the date when it was received by the CIC in NS m i right ?

Mine is sent on 17th July reached on 22 july 2014.

If you are not paying through Credit Card, you don't need to sign it.

For authorization of deduction for Credit Card, signature is mandatory. As a DD user, I did not sign payment form.

If you have at least 1 year visa for UK, you can select NDVO.

May be a very wierd question to ask NOW ... Please can some one help me with below query

I am an India citizen currently staying and working in UK , I have chosen LONDON VO , did i choose the right ONE . I have spoken with an agent he was saying u have to choose ur country VO not the place where i stay and live....


I am worried now , I have received my PER on oct 3rd .

You have good Chances of falling inside CAP, as with current estimates of 2173 Apps it seems it might survive till 15th September.

But no one know how many app are still there during July and August, but there are good chances you are OK.

Do you think there is any chance for late September or early October applicants for NOC 2173.
I know it's stupid to ask as no body knows the exact no of applicants received at CIC . .. but atleast it will keep the spirits of the applicants high.
Something to be positive and keep the hope

Have you sent your application? If yes, then there is nothing much you can do now, except for waiting. There are two beliefs now. That you will be in cap is one and you know the other. It is better to believe in the first one as that's what has made you send the app. Why do you want to take opinion now and make your life miserable if some one says "No"? Will you call back your app if some one says you wont be in cap?

Yes you will need to sign the payment form no matter your form of payment. There have been cases of file being rejected when Payment form is not signed.

@ D_App..All of us make mistakes, and you just made one! For CC alone, we need to sign the fee form! ;D
