I have seen translation error in my kid birth of certficate and in the general form i forget to write my full name in the declaration. ..any advice

1. What is the translation error..please specify.

2. If you only omitted name in the declaration, but signed at the appropriate place, it is alright..if the other way, the packet is on the way! All the best! ;D

Hi guys... .really need help....... please advise...

My Credit Card has been replaced by a chip credit card due to RBI guidelines. And the card I had used for payment advice to CIC has now been INVALIDATED. My new credit Card has the same number but a different CVV and expiry date.
Card Company: American Express

I am now planning to send a new payment form to CIC with new credit card details. Will be emailing/Couriering/faxing all three documents.
Sending 4 documents now:
1. Cover Letter
2. Payment form
3. Xerox of previous payment form (Cancelled)
4. Bio-Pages of passport

In my cover letter I am going to include the following details:
Name:
Passport number:
Date of birth:
NOC Code:
Application courier docket number
Date of receipt of Application by CIC:
Person name to whom package was delivered:

Please let me know if I should include anything else ....?

any suggestion at all ?

my application received date:18th July 2014 NOC1112. Cant let my application be rejected....

Hi seniors,

I just got my WES positive and am planning to apply for FWS by sending my application packet to CIO, Nova Scotia in the next 2 weeks. After dispatching my packet in the next 2 weeks and assuming that it reaches in additional 3 days after that, what do you think would my chances for getting a positive reply and a file number from them? Would I be able to make it in time? My occupation is NOC #2173- Software Engineer.

I had the same situation. Wes has sent an email confirmation that the duplicate report has been dispatched on September 29th. No PER yet. Am really beginning to lose hope now...

Do you have hard copy of new report, If yes send it to CIC with

If you do not have hard copy , order one and get it on next day delivery courier.

Have you provided any documentation of the full year, such as an employer reference letter or other supporting documents? Did you explain this discrepancy? If you haven't provided any basis for CIC to tell that it was a full year then you won't get credit for it.

yes i have provided certificate of employment letter with job description, payslips and the said temporary work contract..in the certificate of employment with job description, it says i did one year full time work experiemce with the company..I was not really particular with the the temporary contract since I believed it was just an optional requirement..is this going to affect my application?
