Having a surgery is not a reason for being rejected in the IME. Since he is fine now, there is no reason to worry. If someone after having undergone a surgery, requires dependence on others for normal day-to-day tasks then that may be a reason for rejection (as that may require extra medical insurance in Canada).

Tell your cousin not to worry, not one bit.

Hi seniors and forumates,

I had applied last years fsw and got my app returned as the cap had reached for noc1112. So this year I applied again under the same noc and got my file returned cause of mismatch of jd and noc jd... So I had sent an mail sending my jd to CIC and they came back saying I can apply under noc1114.. Though I feel my jd is closer to 0111...

Anyways I have all the requisite documents like my jd in a4 paper and got it signed by my manager..

Got a service letter from the company which details my current position, tenure etc..

My question is, on whose behalf should the affidavit be prepared? Should it b on behalf of my manager as he is signing my jd or can the affidavit be on my behalf?

It would be of great help IF somebody could list out the contents required in the affidavit as well...

Hello Seniors,

Good news, I just received Medical Request mail from my Local VO.
Just want to double check, what is the next step now.
1. Go to CIC disgnated doctor and complete the medical examination
2. pay the RPRF fees via link provided by local VO.

Please advise if I am missing any steps here.

Hi Guys,

I am 9th Jun 2174 applicant and my cc was charged on 29th Sept but haven't receive the PER. I had sent another application on 8th jul for NOC 2173 as I was not sure that I will be in cap for 2174. Now, situation is that I wanted to withdraw my 8th Jul 2173 application. So will it be safe to do it before receiving PER for 2174?

Just hold on..
(and if you excuse my humour, maybe you should apply 2172 before withdrawing!)
