Dear Experts/Seniors,

Would like to ask a question here. It may sound stupid. Since CIO is done with one of the NOCs as it has reached 1000 CAP limit. Are there chances that they'll prioritize the CC charge for rest of the NOCs as they have less work to do comparitively.

My application reached on August 25th 2014 under 2171 NOC. Not sure whether my CC would be charged around December 12th or later. I believe there will be holidays starting December 25th or before till year end.

Many Thanks,

Kind Regards,
Shekher

If a major chunk of NOC is already filled (which also is the hottest one) the CIC will feel a bit relived a bit. wishful thinking, perhaps.

The truth is that a chunk of the applications CIC will come across will always be 2174 (since it is a hot NOC). Now that the CAP is reached, they will just skip every 2174, which makes the processing of others faster than usual. I think that makes sense.

Hi to all,

My husband is taking the IELTS for the second time, he got a 5.5 on the writing module. Could you guys tell me some of the titles you got on the writing exam, so he can have an idea of the kinds of things they ask you to write about.

Truly appreciate your help

Guys I need your help! I opted to notarized my transcript/ marksheets even if it is in already in English language language but unfortunately I forgot to put my originnal transcript in my file. Will that be a cause of rejection? Please advise.

No...you are good. Original is only all the CIC forms and IELTS & WES report. Remaining only if VO has some queries. All the best!

Hello Seniors,

Good news, I just received Medical Request mail from my Local VO.
Just want to double check, what is the next step now.
1. Go to CIC disgnated doctor and complete the medical examination
2. pay the RPRF fees via link provided by local VO.

Please advise if I am missing any steps here.

Thanks,
Shaik

CONGRATS Shaik, you are in the right direction

in form "Schedule 3" section 12b, should be standard occupation name be mentioned or the job tiltes I had in companies?
regarding the duration, what should i mention if I have worked in a company less that 1 year, as there is not option to selection "less than 1 year" in the form!?

1. In 12b You can write your title..but NOC code should be as HRSDC Codes..for example I wrote..

Consulting Manager - 2171.

2. I addressed similar dilemma by attaching additional sheet, and there I put the from / to "dates"..and in the main sheet declared "attached additional sheet". If those few months are important for the points, then good idea to add as additional sheet and put the dates! This schedule is the basis for selection factors..67 minimum points.

All the best!
