Thanks!! would the denial affect my application? Thanks!

Hi,

I am writing about my employment status and its relation to points under experience factor. Though I have already received some feed backs but will keep my worries aside if I get response from someone who has already been through this and succeeded in getting PER.

I have more than six years of experience as registered nurse at same hospital within two different time intervals. My position, job description and even the department where I worked are same only the differences is that I had two years of interval because I resigned first and moved to complete my bachelors and again joined the same organization in the same capacity.

While submitting my application,I submitted reference letter with JD's mention on it for the latest period of my employment i.e from 2012/06/09-2014/06/25 and for the period of my previous tenure (2005/09/07-2010/03/01) I submitted appointment letters and reference letter but in my reference letter my boss has not explained JD's instead explained that I am registered nurse in the emergency department along with starting and ending dates.
However, referring to Economic form ,I have mentioned my employment details in the separate box but mentioned same JD's of NOC 3012 in the separate sheet for both employment stages. Summing up, if CIC officer is not convinced for my previous employment in the absence of JD's then I wont be able to get 67 points and I am sure that they will return my application.

Is there anyone who has similar situation and considered positively?

Any help on this will be appreciated.

HELLO SENIORS. I am paying the CIC fee by Demand Draft from money exchange company. In the Fee Payment form it asks us to fill the section where it says "Name of Payer (if different from applicant)" and below it says, "Address of Payer (if different from applicant). Suppose the Demand Draft is from XYZ Exchange whose address is 123456. Should I mention this in the above mentioned sections? Or will I need a person's name like the branch manager etc of the exchange company? Please advise

Jayesh...

Good to know, some one out there just thinking (humming) like me.... surely, my words would slightly change - just as you do, once I receive my PER

All the very best, bro... But I think today is the day... we would receive our desired emails...

LETS SEE.....

I am a 20th May applicant. 1112.

I see another 1112 guy of May 1st still waiting. Today i see May 20th and 22nd guys from other nocs have started getting MRs.

Why no action on 1112!! Are they waiting for 1112 caps to be filled, so that they have the final lot of 1112 files before they start working on them?Huh

I am sure NDVO is working according to the NOCs and they are mainly focused on 2174 hot NOC. May be they are going according to the Labour market opinion of Canada and picking certain NOCs.

Hi Anm. could you please share your experience with the Forum as to HOW did you find out that your DD was encashed.

HI.

I never knew abt my DD encashment until i received PER mail.

Congratulation and +1 for updating.

It is mysterious issue from NDVO. Someone is getting MR 1st then ECAS updated (started processing) and some others are getting only ECAS updated.

Next process is definitely MR/RPRF/PCC request and then passport request.

As those who got firstly ECAS updated are yet to receive MR (as far as I remember), so no timeline can be predicted based on past history ??? ???

But hang on. NDVO is working quicker than last year 8) 8). You can allow them to complete work within 8-10 months.

IF without MR and PCC request , what will be the next process of NDVO for my file ?
Any idea when will i get MR and PCC request ?
