My application package got returned yesterday... Reason been that I don't hv the qualifying points...
I'm a 22nd May application applied under NOC 2281...

Me n my spouse are sitting for Ielts exam on 22nd as we intended to re apply again...

Do u think we wi still hv a change coz we will send our application only on the 2nd week of DEC...

Do u think we can make it into the cap??

Pls help...

It was 800+ till last Thursday.... They updated the CAP again a day after i.e. Friday and now its at 1000.

I think he is checking for 1112 NOC code which is 741 till now

That would be hard to predict but still you can try as till now its 242 only.

NDVO seems to be ignoring pending 1112 cases and is processing other NOCs that reached CIC on later dates... Any theories on this?

Guy's finally I have received my PER email from my consultant today.
Actually CIC has already sent PER email to my consultant on September 17th but they didn't received the email.
My Consultant enquired in CIC & got my PER email today.

Updated the SS.

I see another 1112 guy of May 1st still waiting. Today i see May 20th and 22nd guys from other nocs have started getting MRs.

Why no action on 1112!! Are they waiting for 1112 caps to be filled, so that they have the final lot of 1112 files before they start working on them????

Hi Anm. could you please share your experience with the Forum as to HOW did you find out that your DD was encashed.

I got it form PER email. Some banks do inform its client about encasement date - so bank could be another source.

If you reside in delhi you can go there and ask them about it lol even I'm waiting for my Mr being 8th May applicant. Just wait for some more time and you will have it for sure
