I have a question concerning "sending passport".. What if your visa office is outside your country ? how can you send them your passports ? I know it is illegal to send the passport through courier from Lebanon..

How does it usually happen ?

According to the Spread Sheet .. They are processing 16 June 26 June applicants ( here is the correction, sorry :-[),
You still need to wait till next month. Hopefully you will hear from them in the middle of next month.

Which city and country? Try visiting the centre personally. They denied second copy to me as well, but when I visited the centre they just asked for proof and my observation is that call centre people do not have much knowledge about CIC process but managers of IDP/BC centres understand our concern. They would ask for proof that you had sent it to CIC - IDP asked for Payment proof (DD copy) and BC (for my wife) asked for proof of delivery, courier bill

Thanks Donnie.Darko for your precious advice, I went to the BC centre again and talked to the IELTS administration manager. He told me to submit something like this, also I talked to IDP in Egypt for issuing something like this and they also told me the same thing. I hope I can manage to collect my papers again in few days. Let's keep the fingers crossed.

CIC strictly advise to send IELTS copy with the application set and because it is important document, one cannot take risk!! So many of us on forum got second copy, you just need to try little harder... Speak to the most senior person in the centre.. It will be done..

Also, Q&A sort of instructions and the email was sent from High Commission of Canada, Visa Section, Singapore. I think it's AOR but there is only one line appeared on my Ecas. Please advise.
