Chill...
You've done what everyone else has done, and WES won't be an issue if you actually got those two reports from WES only.

My timeline is
App date 11 june 2014
CC charged 29 Sep 2014
PER 9 Oct 2014 ( from consultant)
AOR Mail mentioned above 14 Oct 2014

Then it easily falls into line.

Your lawyer sent a request to CIO to provide a status update on your application. Since CSU have a policy for not responding to queries sent before 10 weeks since lock-in date the lawyer acted accordingly. Then they processed the query for 6 weeks. 16 weeks = 112 days, which amounts to current timeline for most applicants at CIO stage. By the time they responded, another CIO unit already issued PER. So, just disregard it and wait for MR.

Pls forward / paste the so called 'letter' which was forwarded to you earlier as well as attached in the mail 8)
All you have pasted here the Consultant's gyaan....... that 'letter' from CIO is the key to your queries :)

Neel, it's not a scam. Anyone can send a query to CIO and get this "AOR" ;)

Please check the highlighted line in the reply above, it says we should not use the e-mail to send additional documents, is this the standard reply for members who have successfully added additional documents to their application?

On a positive note, I understand it to mean that we cannot send the additional documents to the e-mail, instead of mailing the hard copies. I have sent the actual documents through UPS and sent a soft copy of the docs with tracking number to this mail ID <CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca>

Seniors in this aspect, please confirm my understanding. Thank you.

This is the standard automated reply..I have one too!! Anyways, the highlighted section simply means do not send any attachments. CIC will not indicate anything that would result in increased number of people sending additional documents. Please send the docs by courier, follow-up with an email and hope for the best. I made the mistake of not doing this, I just assumed that they will not consider any new documents sent, however, I have noticed on the forum that many people have actually sent additional documents and the same have been accepted and added, some have even received an acknowledgement.

Thank you very much Diplomatru, venkat2014, VishalRathi and Staind....

I got report from WES under FSW last year in May. But this year when I applied for FSWP CIC sent an email WES that CIC is not able to confirm online. they do confirm online each and every report. But they do not reject application in case its not able to confirm. You need to order duplicate which cost you more and WES send report to CIC and make it able online and send copy to you.

My report was for FSWP and still was not able to confirm online. I did not go through the reasoning with WES and just paid more. CC charged and waiting for PER.

I applied for FBI PCC on 25th Aug, CC charged on 20-Sep and haven't received it yet. Expect 1.5-2 months from CC charged date in my opinion.

Vijaykumar - for FBI PCC the update is I got my CC charged today. App received date: Sept 20th. I think from charge date - it will take 4 to 6 weeks. I am hoping mid-nov we should have the PCC. Hope it helps.
