hi everyone,
there was a discussion regarding job duties certificate few pages back.
as per cic website, photocopy is acceptable..
i sent original, ( actually i got two certificates) as guided by my lawyer.
a friend of mine got his packet back on 7th oct. (received date is 4th june), with two reasons
1). job duty letter is not as per guidelines (he sent photocopy)
2). spouse DOB certificate was missing.

we both prepared docs together, but he did not hired the lawyer.

plz guys, am not misguiding anyone, i jst shared my experience

Are you sure the job duty letter wasn't "not as per guidelines" for some other reason, i.e. missing a required bit of information like working hours or salary?

Im a bit confused... help me out with some information...

I im done with the educational assessment and has been evaluated as Secondary School Diploma and Diploma two years. How many points will i get for education..??

I have 4 + work experience but reference letter from my current organization is not possible.

My previous organization where i had served for 3 years out of 4... used to pay me salary in cash.. i do have salary slips but no bank statements...

Will this affect in my application..

I got my MR Request on 9th Oct. However the email mentions - Medical forms and instructions are being emailed to you separately. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AS THEY HAVE RECENTLY BEEN UPDATED. If you do not receive the separate instructions within 48 hours or if you have any difficulties opening the attached documents, please advise us by reply to this email.

But till now I have not received the medical forms, I have medicals appointment scheduled for tomorrow not sure if I can go without those forms.

Does someone know what are those forms. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Dear all,

I have applied for FSW program in August 2014. My application seemed correct to me until now, when i realized that i have forgotten to mention a small period of employment (6 months) which was several years ago when i was a student. Actually, i didn't want to claim points for it at all, because i worked there 5 hours in week, and this company is closed now, so i cannot obtain any references. The problem is, i have mentioned this period in my TRV application 3 years ago. Will this cause a rejection of my FSW application and what should i do now? Can CIC somehow compare my FSW and TRV applications and forms? Maybe it is not so critical, because i have just forgotten a period for which i didn't want to claim points, and i didn't provide non-existent experience and false reference letters?

Yes that's IMM1017 form which has your information on it which you cant edit. Email them back that you haven't received any forms for Medical, and also try to reschedule your appointment if possible.
