Hi,

I am planning to send the application for FSW - NOC 2173 by 1st week of november. I would like to know if i am already quite late for it or is there any chance for the application to be accepted before the cap is full.

Please suggest.

Thanks & Regards.

If you select e-medical, you can do medical test anywhere in the world. Also for e-medial case, the medical center will send all the documents. However, you may send the payment receipts/other doc (if any) you got from the medical.

Regarding your 2nd query, I am bit confused. I don't know whether you are staying more than 6 months in New Zealand - in that case, you may need to give PCC.

And also don't know whether medical test for family members can be done separately - ideally it should be done as there will be separate medical test form. You may ask medical center on this/NDVO/ or if someone from this forum done it separately, please let us know as we are getting this query frequently.

Thanks Mate for a quick response! +1 for you!

They have also asked for Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical
examination FOR ALL. Guess all these 3 (passport copies, RPRF payment receipt and proof of medical) should be sent together. Do they give any receipt for medical once the tests are done?

Secondly, though my Visa office is NDVO, I am in New zealand currently and will be here until Dec'14. Can I get these tests done from New Zealand while my family gets is done in Delhi? Hope it is not required to update CIC regarding this (getting my medical done in NZ and family's medical in Delhi), since I will be back in Dec'14.

Cheers!!

Seniors,
How do we know the date to which the completeness of file has been done. I am June 26 applicant who have neither received file back nor DD en cashed.

Hello Seniors,

Application filed:14 May
CC charged:13 Aug
PER :25 Aug
MR:Waiting

I have submitted FD receipt as POF.my FD was 6 months and it will be expired by 02 November.
I have instructed bank to extend my FD for another year and they said they will be do it only on the day of expiration(02Nov2014)

My query is, Do I have to inform my local visa office(NDVO) about the situation and intent of FD extension.

Please advise.
Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Did you not send description of job duties on company's letter head?

If one is unable to obtain a JD on company's letterhead, it is recommended to obtain a letter from his/her reporting manager or colleague, attach their contact details like visiting card and attach as many proofs as one could provide for that particular job, such as joining letter, appraisal letter, pay stubs, etc.

On a second thought - Since my Business-visitor Visa to Canada was sponsored by the same employer, NDVO may skip the employer verification. Any thoughts or I am just too positive? :)

Vivek,

Verifications are done in a very professional manner. They just dont pick up the phone and call the employer and ask questions like in check list. Verification starts with checking for fraud in the documents submitted, previous experience from past files received, online verification, etc. Only in cases where they are unsuccessful with the above, they might resort to telephone or physical verification.

They will be sensitive to the fact that you might be working in your current job and they should not jeopardize it. As long as your documents are genuine, nothing to worry.

Take a confirmation from HR from his official email I'd that they will not be providing any such documents on company's letterhead and also email mentioning your roles and responsibilities as per CIC guidelines on email. Print them get it stamped and signed by your irganisation's official and than you are ready.
Thus is the best available solution I think it should work.
