I am 16th June applicant i have checked with my bank my DD is not cleared yet .

what is this ???

Even i am sailing in the same boat .. keeping our fingers crossed..there is a good chance for 16th JUne, 2014 to be receiving PERs in the next 24 hours

I realized today that I have made one minor mistake by signing the Fee Payment form (Section B) when my payment mode is DD. So do I really need to communicate CIO about the same or it will be neglected?

Expecting quick responses. Worried..

If you stapled bank statement or even any ither docs, it will just cause inconvenience to the reviewing guy but wont lead to rejection.
So stay calm ... it is important that all docs should be proper and complete as perthe checklist, so ensure or recheck once again that you submitted everything as per checklist.

Yes, documents need to sent to NDVO. Only the requested document need to be sent - no other documents need to be sent.

And yes, print out receipt need to be filled up and sent to NDVO. My suggestion, sent the payment receipts and passport together.

They have asked for photocopies of passports along with Medicals request. Are these to be sent to local VO? I guess we need to send these photocopies immediately. Do we need to send any other document (except for passports) along or just the photocopies needs to be sent.

Also while trying to make payment (not yet paid) online for RPRF, there was no reference to either application number or UCI number. Guess the print out of receipt needs to be sent.

Hello friends... i don't see any CC or DD Charged / PER mail received after 10th Oct in SS. is CIC on holiday???

its a long weekend in Canada...its Thanksgiving...so Saturday and Sunday followed by Thanksgiving on Monday 13 Oct...work might resume on 14 October hopefully :-D

Dude, I can understand your concern......I am also going through the same, 12th June DD applicant......haven't heard anything yet....really worried...

Many times banks cannot provide authentic information, so wait for some more days. If you don't hear anything by next week then write to cio.

Guys are pay slips necessary for the application. Actually one of property was sold in Apr, 2014 and i put chunk of that amount into the my joint account with my spouse. I have a sale agreement copy. What shall i do ?

It seems my case is in verification -as per ECAS NDVO started processing on 9th Oct but no MR yet.

I am worried what will happen when they contact my current employer - how would my employer react to them and to Me

Any timelines for Processing Date to MR for NDVO?

Just faced the issue.. I made another word file with all those details of me and my spouse and took a printout and attached it along with the receipt.. hope that should do it.. There were opinions in the forum that you can fill it or can be sent without filling..

Hope this is of some use to you..

can someone please answer this:

I paid RPRF fee online and have receipt from them. but it doesn't contain address info..
do I have to fill out my address, dob, file no. etc. on receipt before sending it to NDVO?
The receipt contain my name and receipt no. already.

Online payment will generate a Receipt Number / barcode with your name only ( in PDF format ) . It will have box for filling up Client ID , Address , date of birth etc manually .

Proceed with your online payment . I have done like this and hope it will be updated only after we send the receipt to VO office .
