URGENT!

Hello Guys,

First of all thanks to all of you for continuous support.

I have a question regarding my child. He is 2 years and 6 months old. What shall i write for the question "Current Occupation" and "Intended Occupation" for him.
Secondly, my Native language is Urdu. What shall i select for the question "which one do you use more frequent" and "Are you able to communication in this language" for my son. As he is too young to speak english frequently. Please tell what shall i write for these questions.

Last question is related to the "Schedule A Background declaration" where Q2 is asking for to "write my name in native language" How shall i do that as there is no such option when you are typing via keyboard.
Second part of this question is about "Additional Family information" form where CIC is asking to write names in English along with the names in native language. How ?

My DD encashed on 9th Oct, but yet no communication from CIO

Guys,

This staple thing is giving me a reason to worry.

What i remember is that i didn't staple any of the forms but yes what i can recall is that i might have stapled the bank's account statement and may be the pay stubs.

Going through this forum i was confident that things will go fine but no i guess i have a reason to worry. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

Now worried till the time I hear something positive from CIC.

Just to settle you down a "little". Although our forms were not stapled together, but I assure you that quite a few of our documents were stapled together. So relax and enjoy the wait.

They have asked for photocopies of passports along with Medicals request. Are these to be sent to local VO? I guess we need to send these photocopies immediately. Do we need to send any other document (except for passports) along or just the photocopies needs to be sent.

Also while trying to make payment (not yet paid) online for RPRF, there was no reference to either application number or UCI number. Guess the print out of receipt needs to be sent.

Please tell what shall i write for these questions.write urdu fir first question and write Yes or NA for second one(if he speaks in urdu then write yes) coz both his parents native language might be urdu

hello guys,

this is a follow up question to my original question about getting pcc for myself and my wife.(we reside in different cities in india)

at the time of application we were in hyderabad and in all forms both our addresses were mentioned as HYD. Now wife and daughter are staying in bangalore.

1. can i take her pcc from bangalore and submit it when asked later without informing about the address change?
2. Will they notice that the ppc has been issued from bangalore?
3. If they do cant i say that she is from bangalore and is in hyd since 5-6 months so we got it from bangalore?
4. or is it better i get her to hyderabad and get the pcc from there?

p.s. is this even a big issue or am i just worrying for n reason?

In my limited knowledge, if you get pcc issued either from the address on your passport or from the address you provided to cic will be fine.
PCC is country specific not state or city specific. Therefore equally good from any address where you have a ctually resided or you permanent address.
To make it more secure you can update cic about your new address after your fileis transfered to vo.

I realized today that I have made one minor mistake by signing the Fee Payment form (Section B) when my payment mode is DD. So do I really need to communicate CIO about the same or it will be neglected?

U must have enclosed the DD along with the application, right? I do not think signing on the Fee Payment Form will have any impact.

My app reached CIO on 4th of June, NOC 2263, Vienna local VO.
Still have no CC charge, neither has app been returned (rejected).

Any info is welcome and appreciated

I think you should write to cio to inquire about your case. But still dont loose hope as it has been observed that cio works on diffrent dates simantaniously.

Don't worry if you signed lol worry if you don't sign the form. It means you are OKAY with this.

If you stapled bank statement or even any ither docs, it will just cause inconvenience to the reviewing guy but wont lead to rejection.
So stay calm ... it is important that all docs should be proper and complete as perthe checklist, so ensure or recheck once again that you submitted everything as per checklist.
