Dear All

I send medicals ,RPRF DD, PCC to NDVO through DTDC courier and they provide me the delivery note saying that "Shipment delivered on 13/ 10 /2014 . with Company Seal" What does that mean? In Tracking details it is showing the following..

Received By : COMPANY SEAL

Relationship : SECURITY GUARD Phone No : 00000000

As per my info some times when we send the docs to an organisation and no ton the name of a perticular person. Courier delivery boy hand them over to the guard at the the gate. And the security guard forward that inside to the concerned dept.
I dont think its a thing to worry. Relax

hello guys,

this is a follow up question to my original question about getting pcc for myself and my wife.(we reside in different cities in india)

at the time of application we were in hyderabad and in all forms both our addresses were mentioned as HYD. Now wife and daughter are staying in bangalore.

1. can i take her pcc from bangalore and submit it when asked later without informing about the address change?
2. Will they notice that the ppc has been issued from bangalore?
3. If they do cant i say that she is from bangalore and is in hyd since 5-6 months so we got it from bangalore?
4. or is it better i get her to hyderabad and get the pcc from there?

p.s. is this even a big issue or am i just worrying for n reason?

Singapore is a worst vo....it has been awarded as the most lazy visa office by this forum

Is it recommended to go for online payment option for RPRF? Visa office is NDVO. please suggest.

i did it. pay in a second. take print out of recepit, fill it with details, send along with other docs.

I think cic enjoying their holidays...13 oct was thanksgiving day at canada and holiday at cic also.

I have the below doubts. Pls advice

1. Job duties do we need to send original or xerox ? If xerox , do we need to get it signed by notary public
2. Bank certificate stating the outstanding balance in my account - do we need to send original or xerox ? If xerox , do we need to get it signed by notary public
3. Fixed deposit xerox while sending do we need to get it signed by notary public
4. What shall i show for National ID ? I am from India
5. Do we need to show any proof for Family/Household registry book. Is it mandatory?

1) photocopy...if it is in eng then there is no need for notarized...

2. Will they notice that the ppc has been issued from bangalore? PCC issued by PSK doesn't have any address on it. Please note, if your name is not endorsed on her passport, she will have to fill the PCC form with marital status as single and PCC issued will say D/O followed by her father's name instead of W/O followed by your name
3. If they do cant i say that she is from bangalore and is in hyd since 5-6 months so we got it from bangalore? Shouldn't be required, as far as CIC is concerned, PCC can be taken from any state.
4. or is it better i get her to hyderabad and get the pcc from there? Its your personal choice.... if you think it will be easier to get a PCC from Hyderabad, you can opt for getting a PCC from Hyd.

My app reached CIO on 4th of June, NOC 2263, Vienna local VO.
Still have no CC charge, neither has app been returned (rejected).

I think you are right.. but why I ask this question is when we sent appln to nova scotia there we can know the person who received ......
