Got them done from Max Hospital Mohali. Its the same process they email the results to the Visa office or may be upload them on website.

I think you can check with them that have they uploaded your medical. Have you sent Tracking sheet to Visa office?

job duties certificate must be original, my friend got his documents back because he sent photocopy with any attestation.

But, checklist clearly states copies, Originals may be requested by officer at later point of time. Please don't scare everyone with false conclusion. Why would an application be rejected for this reason? May be job duties were not on company letter head and like reasons for rejection. Seniors, please clarify!!

There's one thing I am not sure might have caused the delay. Actually my wife was expecting that time and we didn't get her X-ray done as the docs advised us. But unfortunately she had a miscarriage last week and now I have informed the Visa office about the same on Sunday night, and asked them if we should get the X-ray done now? Though I haven't heard form them yet. Do you think this might have held u the things?

I am sorry for you and your wife for this mishap. Don't worry your third line is not update because of uncompleted Medical. They will ask you to complete that and every thing will be fine. Don't worry and take care of her and for your self.

Sorry to say bro that is not right to send your original job duty certificates.
As per my info and Checklist it say copies.
I myself sent the notarized copies of JD certificates with job contract and supporting docs. I received PER on 21 Aug...waiting for MR.

Dear All

I send medicals ,RPRF DD, PCC to NDVO through DTDC courier and they provide me the delivery note saying that "Shipment delivered on 13/ 10 /2014 . with Company Seal" What does that mean? In Tracking details it is showing the following..

Received By : COMPANY SEAL

Relationship : SECURITY GUARD Phone No : 00000000

Finally, with lot of courage and hope to be in cap, we couriered the application set via FedEx !! Expected to reach CIC on next Monday, 20th Oct.

Which visa office should I choose ? the one assign to country of my residence or the one for my home country ?
Does that really affect my application ?
I live in southeast Asia so I may choose Singapore

what the hell is going at CIC. still my DD is not encashed. did they open my file, My NOC is 2173 and it is going near to cap full.

what happened to my application. is it missed at CIC office or what? i am frustrating.
