If I am not wrong the instructions indicate that the passport must be valid for atleast 6 months, it is a shame if your app gets rejected for this. You must send this as soon possible, hope your completeness check is still pending.

All seniors ,

pls clarify again on this passports validity as said above, where it is written , it should be minimum 6 month validity ?

how can such a letter doesn't have a date ? how can they know when this has been printed and signed? should be something like: London on 30/4/2014 for example so when they mention to present date, they know what date you are talking about

they may assume that you have this letter since years and you have left this job, how can they make sure !!!

I fully agree with zaydoov, the problem here is that there is no mention of date on which the letter was issued. Its not a concern if you write "xx-xx - present date, to date", however the letter should have some date on it to know the present date. Hard luck brother, anyways good wishes for your new application. I am afraid such small mistakes could dearly cost us , therefore the ones who are in line to send there applications please be ultra careful with each and every documents, and keep on visiting this forum. Its of great benefit. Thanks to all who contributes to this forum.

Yes, it is a normal practice to display the date of issue, but question is: does it warrant a return, isnt that harsh?

Hi All,

I am Indian staying in UAE, planning to send my FSW applications. Which VO will handle my application, INDIA/UAE. Anyone has an idea about average time taken for MR for UAE applicants.

as i said before, they may thought he did quit this job since years but he still has this letter undated? how can they make sure of the issuing date of the letter

One thing eventually leads to another. If the VO is unable to make a 'conclusive' decision regarding an applicants tenure, then there is no other path available, especially if such an employment was meant to add the required points to qualify, which in this case it did.

Secondly, even if the LOR did not contain a date, but the applicant included the latest copies of his payslips and/or appraisal letter (both documents are always dated by default) - it would have helped the VO in making a conclusive decision regarding his tenure. As the letter explains : "All employment letters and supporting documentation provided regarding this employment were taken into consideration.". Therefore I will be really surprised if the applicant included the latest payslips and/or appraisal letter.

Present date can mean anything without a date to confirm the date of issue....In my opinion it is a tough decision, should have been given a chance to explain.
Now, what should I do to resend the file again and how much will it take in processing?
Note, I can't povide salary stamp because it's transferring to my bank account.

I hope Medical clinic will do behalf of me because on that day the nurse told me that after deliver, come back to the clinic and need to do X-RAY.

Another question is I already make Cashier's Order (SGD 1,134 for 2 perons) to submit for RPRF fees but this validity is only 6 months. So I should pay by online for RPRF fees or I just submit cashier's order which i already make and I will submit on 28-Oct-2014 (I will go and submit all documents to High Commission of Canada on that day) as CIC will pause our application until x-ray clear mean around 6 or 7 months later (delivery date is 30-April-2015). let me have your ideas?

It depends on your period of stay in UAE, if it is one year or more than you can select UAE office.

You can still reapply for 2281 now (my recommendation).

You "must" include one (or all) of the 3:

- A Letter of reference that states the starting date and the date of issue of the document and/or
- The Latest Payslips in conjunction with the LOR and/or
- The Latest Appraisal Letter in conjunction with the LOR.
