Faraconda, this only indicates that there was an issue with the proof of employment provided. Can you provide the details of your employment dates and specifically some clarification regarding Bisha College of Tech, is that your current job?
I wrote date of employment from 7/2/2008 to present date
I think they refused (present date) because there is not exact ending date

Dear ashif_eee,

Thanks for your advice and as my wife don't want to do Chest X-ray during pregnancy although the radiation is low. Do you know similar case with me or similar applicant who wife does not do Chest x-ray?

CIC will hold our application unitl my wife chest X-RAY is cleared? How do you think? For me, I think I better write cover letter explanation about this pregnancy issue when I go and submit additional documents together with PCC and RPRF fees to High Commission of Canada and I will ask officer or somebody if I have a chance to meet them at Embassy.

Please share your idea?

Regards,
Myat

Yes Myat, U have no option...Ur wife's medical will be paused until the delivery....

U can proceed as u already thought...:)

Write a cover letter while sending other docs....

Congrats bro!

For u and ur spouse = 490*2. no fee is required for under aged child (less than 18)...U can send this in forms of DD (like app fee)...:)

Done.

Note that none of NDVO applicants yet to receive Passport Request. So, we cannot say when someone will get PPR from NDVO.

Dear Century and seniors

I did medicals for myself and my family and I send medicals forms ( all forms attested by doctor) and send RPRF DD , PCC to NDVO on 10th October. As per hospital they also send the details to CIC (emedical enabled) on same date... Please update it in the spreadsheet... One qtn ... approximately how many days will take to get Passport request?

Thats a bit unfair....Typically, in the official letters, the top right hand corner displays the date the letter is issued. Was this missing as well?
Alternatively, the dates are mentioned below the signature of the designated authority issuing the letter, was this also missing? If the dates are not mentioned, you may want to provide latest salary slips as proof of employment. This is unfortunate and this should have been overlooked or they should have sought clarification at a later stage.

@Reshg

Welcome on board, good to know that u r in final stages of the process. Best of luck for the remaining, as i have not advanced to your level so i can not comment on all of ur queries but here are the details of cover letter.

As with any other cover letter, it is to guide the reader about all the docs u r attaching. There is no particular format, but i prefer following format.

1. Introduce yourself (Applicant and dependant Names, UCI, DOB)
2. Enumerate all the docs u r attaching
3. Dedicate one para (could be a single sentence) to each doc u have attached. e.g. for ur attached passports write passport number an expiry dates etc etc to facilitate them in identifying / matching it with attached xerox.

Hi friends,

I am new to this forum though I was closely watching all the information for more than a month and the information that you all pass hold good enoughan for a new comer like me.
Kudos for that.

I am from Bangalore and applied under FSW1. Got medical request and RPRF from New Delhi. Done with my medicals.

Now;
What are the things that I should send to VO?
I know that, fees receipt, medical copies and xerox of our passport should go now.
I also read about some cover letter to VO.
What is that cover letter?
What are the infomation should be there in cover letter?
Does anyone have the format?
Also, I am planning to take a DD. So I guess our details should be mentioned in the cover letter...Please tell me if I am correct.

I wish you all very best :)

Hi ashif_eee,

Thanks for your information and idea. Should I need to submit FORM IMM5733E when I go and submit documents to CIC singapore office? How is your idea?

Plain bad luck bro...thankfully, there is still good enough chance in your NOC. Try to get a revised reference letter and add salary slip for additional measure. Best of luck.
