Hi

My application was received by CIC on July 7th 2014 and I know this via Courier receipt/confirmation. We have not had a confirmation letter of receipt from CIC and I was wondering is anyone else in the same situation?

Thanks

Mine is on 10th July 2014 waiting for response. We are all in the same boat and hopefully will sail through. So relax and hopefully something should happen end of this month as per our seniors.

As long as the program will be continue (officially it is 30th April, 2015 and NOT 31st Dec, 2014) and your file is reached to CIO by then, regardless of the UCI/File Number etc or when it is opened, your file will be acceptable. So relax and cheers

Thanks a lot bro for this info. I was confused about this deadline. My lawyer told me the same, but I was still confused. (I have started procedure just yesterday! My lawyer is now assessing my documents, then I will go for ECA).

Dear Century and seniors

I did medicals for myself and my family and I send medicals forms ( all forms attested by doctor) and send RPRF DD , PCC to NDVO on 10th October. As per hospital they also send the details to CIC (emedical enabled) on same date... Please update it in the spreadsheet... One qtn ... approximately how many days will take to get Passport request?

Thanks dhanu, just to make sure, iam getting the test done outside prior to the Medicals

Advise from my side:

1. Take appointment and reach on time
2. Go with your spouse or friend to help you.
3. Take ample sleep and good amount of water for the day prior to the medicals.
4. Relax and pray to God Kiss Kiss Kiss

Buddy,

Its the time is for PPR.....:)

What I think, NDVO is sending a batch of MR....after completion of their targeted batch... they will start to send PPR to many of this first batch applicants.....

So just wait for that time brother....:)

Good luck......

Hi Seniors,

If you go through the CIC website, they've mentioned the rules for submitting the experience letter. They've mentioned that:

Letters must include all of the following information:

your total annual salary plus benefits in each position,

Now, my question is that ... Is it fine , if my employer mentions my annual salary on the experience letter itself ?
I mean right after specifying my duties and responsibilities , he adds up one more line at the bottom of the same letter stating:

" It is also certified that his annual salary is ****$ CAD with no any other benefits. "

This is pretty much okay
