Hi All,
I am a silent member of this forum, I applied for FSW 2014, as Nurse, my file reached on 6th June 2014, I received following email from WES on 3rd Oct 2014, I fax the form on 6th Oct, and again email the form to WES on 8th Oct 2014, but no answer from them yet, little tense now. What to do, whether to pay and ask for duplicate report for CIC as recipient or wait for confirmation email from WES, did any one in forum has face the same issue?

Hi XXX,

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES' online service. In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.

If you are using the attached order form and want to pay by credit card, please fax the completed form to 416.972.9004.

Once it has been processed, an email notification for a payment request will be sent to you, you can then log into Check Status/Your Account: xxxxx and pay your balance by a credit card.

In order to expedite your order, we encourage you to pay by a credit card. Cheque payments will take longer to process and will delay your order.

Hi Real Life,

I had a same problem I had received the same email from WES through my prev consultant. I filled the hard copy of the form and attached CAD 50.85 demand draft and couriered directly to the WES address and in approx a week's time I received a PER email from CIC.

As you told Ecas may appear before PER, ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

Without AOR FILE NUMBER how it should appear, because when i check application status on cic.gc.ca then in first column it want UCI number then NAME, DOB HuhHuh??

For FSW, we use UCI number and not file number. Applicants who already got UCI from earlier years application, generally got UCI. I got it from last year's returned file and use it before getting PER to enter ECAS. Once you get your PER email, you will get UCI to be used in entering ECAS.

your ECAS was also changed to in process before PER by using last year uci? if so, in how many days of ECAS update you gor PER mail?

Yes, possibly after 2 weeks of my charging (charged on 16th June), my ECAS got updated. I got PER on 30th July.

Hello team,
I am July 7th applicant, my international passport and that of my wife and daughter expires by end of October. we have renewed our passports, do i sent the a copy of the data page to CIC now or wait. please can anyone tell me what to do?

If I am not wrong the instructions indicate that the passport must be valid for atleast 6 months, it is a shame if your app gets rejected for this. You must send this as soon possible, hope your completeness check is still pending.

Actually, I emailed CIC as well last Sept 17 regarding additional doc and still no reply.

No, by the time I realized that CIC actually accepts additional documents, it was too late.

PCC from psk/commisiner is only issued if u are staying in city for atleast 6 months and you can get pcc from where you have applied.

you should inform the change of address to visa office so that your file is updated with the address.

My calculations for following hot NOCs
NOC 45 DAY STATUS ESTIMATED CLOSURE (@20% dep)
2173 425 135 days
2132 376 155 days
2171 348 180 days
2281 242 240 days

Estimated closures refers to number of days since may 4 when FSW 2014 opened.

@20% Sep means 20% depreciation in every cycle. This is a conservative approach as spreadsheet shows almost 30% decline.

Havent heard anything yet.
Can anyone guide me as to what needs to be done.
Though i have been a quiet member, but i still do not understand whats PER, ECAS, etc terminologies and the sequence in which i should be expecting things coming back.
Can someone please elaborate on this point so that things could get a little clearer.

You need to wait for a while. Now Mid jun applications are processing. You can read previous response of this blog to get detail understanding of PER, ECAS etc. All of these are explained several times.
