Hi Seniors,

In additional family information form, I see the email filed corresponding to the spouse,
DO we need to write the email of the applicant filling the form OR spouse email id who is the spouse in that form.

Also, In BG form mother surname should be at the time of birth OR the Present one after marriage.

IF its at the of birth in additinal family section what surname we have to write Please clarify

hello hartej,

Option one :if the transcript is original what i mean to say , if your university giving you transcript in english then make a photocopy and notarized it
My Origianl Mark Sheet is in Hindi for each Year. However we can Take the original Transcripts from the university we get original Transcripts in English.
so as you said i can do is take the photocopy of the original Transcript and notarise it. if it is right i will definately do this. IS THAT OK?

Option two : if transcript is translated from hindi into english then you need a affidavit from translator and a notarize translated transcript , it means you need to send photocopy of hindi transcript + affidavit from translator plus translated notarized transcript

Ok, Thanks Mr. Right.
please see my comments in green.

I have My Mark Sheets in Hindi for three Years. Photocopied them and done the Notary Attested.

I have taken the Transcripts in English from the University, ok - I will Photocopy them and will do the Notarisation of the same today.

The only thing is that what do you think that if I give original Transcript instead of notarisation of photocopy.

Hello All

This is my first post. I would like to ask regarding Point#17 "Children's Information (if applicable)", wherein they have asked for - Children's birth certificates"
I have a baby 1.6 years, and I have her birth certificate (in Arabic), passport (English), Citizen ID (English).

I need to ask how far this is crucial to submit her birth certificate, since I need to get it translated, get affidavit and then notarize it. Is submitting the application, without the Child birth could hinder the process.

Urgent responses will be appreciated.
Submitting your child's birth certificate is a must in your case, i suggest you not to take risks by not submitting it.

idefix bro , i think once ur payment is refused .... application will be automatically out of processing , may be out of the completeness cap who knows that is just assumption. As they update the caps weekly might be they are doing all these changes before updating the overall caps

Mr Right,

Was going through your posts. Section 8 deals with Completeness check and section 9 with PER/NER

Now it is mentioned in section 8, much before PER/NER as follows :

Note: Applications that are incomplete or received after any global or sub-cap specified through Ministerial Instructions has been reached will be returned to the applicant along with processing fees.

This simply means that all complete docs must be counted for CAP. By this logic, probably we should see more 2174 applications getting charged in the next few days (applications already checked for completeness but not yet charged and counted towards CAP already).

However, loose wordings has been a trademark of CIC, so will have to wait and watch for the next few days !!

Hi Guys
I have a friend in Canada; I want him to ask about reason of refusing my application,
What kind of permission should I make to him to allow him contact with CIC??

You cant do this if you have not assigned representation authorizing him to receive information on your behalf...however, you can ask him to request GCMS notes on your behalf. Please refer to my post sent yesterday.

hartej bro . if you can get original transcript in english from your university then you dn't need translation of hindi transcript. that should be f9

As far as i know degree and wes report is mandatory , transcript is optional but still send it with application.

I had sent an email to for NOC clarification, a different email ID. The automated response indicated that all attachments will be removed, so I re-sent the email in plain text. Not sure if it is the same with the enquiry email ID.

My application reached on 13 june. my dd has already encashed according to bank, but dont know the date of encashment. My ECAs from last year uci number states that it is in process- we have received your app on 13th june, 2014.... But no PER, 16th june have already got their PER.
Is it possible that i dont get PER though my ECAS has changed to in process and my DD has cashed?
