Urgent Help Needed, I have been requested to submit Australia PCC, However its been 5 years now since i came back from Australia. I just hold passport, visa, I20 single payslip which luckily i got and collage id card where it got scattered a bit. can use international driving license which got expires though and Indian PCC as I see for Australia 100 points needed to apply PCC. I am not able under stand what documents are needed. i only hold these documents which i mentioned earlier. do you think this are enough, if you know any one who has applied pcc from Australia please take a reference and advice. please do the needful. i need to submit all the documents on November 23rd.

You do not need to submit ur Australian documents. I uploaded scan passport copy along with pancard and mobile bill copy of Indian no for 100 points. Even I came back from Australia in 2008 and I also renewed my passport last year but I got my PCC from AFP 10 days ago. They only check that whether there is any court record against the name for which you are applying PCC .

No issue with overlapping of 1 month. It is normal.

Note that there is one month gap between 6th August, 2010 and 6th Sept, 2010. Ensure filling the gap with actual activity.

Guys, Please, please please help me out

I am filling IMM 5669 form and i am confused about the Present History section. As you know that we only have to mention month and year. But there are tenures in my employment history in which months are overlapping i mean 20-25 days gap is there.

Please tell how shall i sort these things out. I am giving you my details please tell what shall i do for that.

Internship: from 3rd March, 2010 to 6th August, 2010
Computer Engineer from 6th Sept, 2010 to 6th March 2011
Senior Computer Engineer from 7th March, 2011 till date

You can see that the months are overlapping in terms of days. What shall i do for that.


Please help me out at your earliest.

Dear Seniors,

I have diabetes for almost 10 years now and I take metrofin and diamicron MR on regular bases. My HBA1C level is about 8.5. My cholesterol level is slightly high too.
Has anyone of you had similar experience? Is it a good idea not to mention it in Medical test.Can anyone advise what tests exactly they will perform?

Really worried about this ,Please share your genuine experience with me.

General medical evaluation + chest x-rays + blood laboratory tests, diabetes will be evident, if you lie you will be banned.

I Got my 3rd Line Updated that they have received my Medicals.

what will be next, whether they ask for PPR or they will check more about me... In terms of Medical report and in terms of other verifications.

In Case I have some issues with Medical, then will they/or would they have told me prior to 3rd Line updated or after the 3rd line

before marriage she was not having surname on her passport, only (given name) so it was continue like that on all her educational docs,
but after marriage i changed her passport with my surname,
as she was working before marriage and had 6 years experience in last 10 year tuner she has given name not surname on her experience certificate will that also a issue for the future process.
please help and answer what excatly i have to do

Good morning,

Last night I got my wife's app back and personally I didn't want to read it right away as it is a huge dissapointmen but also because I wanted to take a better look at it. I was hoping for your help to try to bring some sense to her request.

An initial letter is attached specifying that her app has been rejected because her experience letter does no meet the minimum criteria for the work experience. However, there are additional pages where it says that her app requires the educational documents in english, beside ECA.

My question at this point is, has it been rejected just for the work experience piece and the educational documents note it was just flagged out to be fixed in the future?

If the rejection was due to the experience letter, mending the educational documents won't do much.

Just make an affidavit mentioning both the names and let them know that both the names are of the same person explaining the changes in names before marriage and after marriage and get them notarized. put in photocopies of the marriage certificate and also the old and new copies of the passport. this will definately do.

Yes, it is flagged out for future correction. Note that any non-english document need to be translated into english by certified translator and that translated sheet need to be notarized. Also photocopy of the original non-english document need to be notarized too.
