Once you make payment....the receipt will come with CC holder name on it.you need to send this receipt by filling additional information like UCI number address etc to your VO.I did this and its very simple n easy process and payment directly credited to CIC account

Thanks Bro...But CC is not in my name. Hope this is ok.

I am NDVO and i received the email on 8 October 2014 mentioning CC on 30 Sept. My file was sent across on 11 June,2014

That is ok. Just include a cover letter to be on a safer side, and put in a line or two explaining that you made payment using other credit card, but the UCI and DOB is that of primary applicant. I did the same by the way..

A lag of 25 days between MR and PPR is normal. I think this wait is justified as CIC need to ensure the medical reports are received by them, which is not always immediately after you complete your MR. Also the same staff is multi tasking perhaps between issuing MR and finding time to process PPR. Dont forget New Delhi Embassy observes all Indian Holidays, and this month is full of holidays. Just my thoughts...

No this is not PER mail. PER mail is not an automated message.

Just a thought..... how can an automated message include details about someone's UCI no. and file no.?

As per SS, pessimistic date for 2174 was 20th August while in real it got closed way before that, perhaps 2 months before pessimistic estimate.

It has scared me for 2171 which has pessimistic date as per SS on 25th Sept...which MIGHT end up similarly, 2 months before pessimistic estimate of SS i.e 25th July.

Losing hopes, specially after the sudden heart-breaking update of yesterday for 2174. :'(

Dear Siryasir,
I am too in the same boat, I just have mailed my application under NOC 2171.
Till now I was pretty confident but now I am too loosing hopes :(

You should not be worried whoever is given the task to background check, as long as what you have put on your application is True. Nobody would know if Visa office has outsourced this task, although it makes sense for them to do so. They are specialized in immigration domain, background checks is not their mainstream. I would imagine they would initiate background check only for applications that make them skeptical.

HELLO EVERY ONE,

I HEARD FROM A CONSULTANCY FIRM THAT NDVO HAS HIRED PRIVATE AGENCY TO CHECK ALL JOB RELATED DOCUMENTS AND GOING EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYER TO CHECK JOB DETAILS WHICH WE ARE MENTIONING.

HOW FAR IT IS TRUE? KINDLY SHARE THE EXPERIENCE THOSE HAVE ALREADY GOT THEIR PER, MR FROM NDVO OR ANY OTHER PERSON?

THANKS YOU IN ADVANCE TO EVERY ONE.

Thanks aav - so we need to mention the UCI, file number, name etc on a white paper and send along with the receipt. Is my understanding correct?
And are we able to pay in CAD using Indian credit card (International)

Congratulation.

+1 for updating.

Can anyone tell me the London visa office progress on sending medical request? What date they are working on at the moment?

If I did not send PCC at the time of application then should I wait for the visa office request or can send prior to it?
