For now they have not. Please list the email contents for us to see (hide personal info).
There are chances they might ask for it later. But usually, they don't ask for PPR until/after MR is verified.

I received following email from VO.
You can submit your passport(s) by mail or in person.
With your passport(s), make sure you include:
The passport request letter you received from CIC
Any applicable VAC fees, such as passport transmission fees
Full contact information, including a phone number and your full return address

Check the website of your closest visa application Centre (VAC) for more information.

Nobody can say for sure when will they send MR/PCC and RPRF Requests. Once you receive a PER your file is sent to the visa office you selected on your application for further processing. MR/PCC/RPRF requests are sent by visa office and not CIC. Different visa offices have different processing times. The best way to estimate your request is through the spreadsheet, which again will be an estimate. As far as I can say, you may get your medicals done in the country you are so travelling may not be an issue.

Thank you nishesh for your reply.

I did visit the Embassy of India website. Requesting a PCC is not available in their website.

In that case visit the consulate's office directly.

when I grow impatient due to the process, I roam about in Canada on youtube :D
It's the best therapy believe me! lol

I am currently in the US and knowing that it takes around 8-10 years to get a Green Card, waiting for few months here gives me some Solace... :P

Hi All

I have just received my online ECA report from WES Canada.

It says my education Canadian Equivalency Summary is Bachelor’s Degree (four years).

Please let me know how many points will I get for my education under FSWP 2014 point scoring criteria?

Thanks

It will feel more good:
1. 11 year wait from date of applying Green Card if you just have Bachelors Degre
1. 7 Year wait from applying Date if you are Masters degrre holder.
Add 2 or 3 years to get H1 first and then some company sponsoring you for that.
3. If you are family sponsored by Sister or Brother, It takes 13 to 14 Years.
4. if you are sponsored by Parents but you are married it takes 10-12 years.

Canadian process will look super Super Fast.
