I was alos FSW2013 applicant who got his file back due to cap reach. In my returned application, they have given me UCI which I used to check ECAS status.

I was on 2013 FSW and I got application return due to Cap reach but NO UCI given to me.

For me in my returned application, it was hand written in UCI field and they do it for every application they receive.

So I suggest you to reopen your FSW2013 file and check for it

It will feel more good:
1. 11 year wait from date of applying Green Card if you just have Bachelors Degre
1. 7 Year wait from applying Date if you are Masters degrre holder.
Add 2 or 3 years to get H1 first and then some company sponsoring you for that.
3. If you are family sponsored by Sister or Brother, It takes 13 to 14 Years.
4. if you are sponsored by Parents but you are married it takes 10-12 years.

Canadian process will look super Super Fast.

Well If your married to a US Citizen u get it immediately -, But who wants that Headache

I am a newbie here. I think it is possible that the basis of cap is by cc/dd charge. I applied for NOC 0115 and before my cc got charged this week the cap is just 14 now it is 15. Not sure if it was me though...but there is a high possibility don't you think? I am a June 18 applicant and waiting for PER...

Any 23rd June Demand Draft Candidate whose Demand Draft got charged/encashed/cleared? Please let me know. I visited my bank today, they dint have that information for my DD. Just curious as to when 23rd June DD candidates would start getting their PERs..Any estimate?

I checked it few times before applying 2014. No and I have 2 other friends returned application due to Cap reach and NO UCI

I also had my initial application submitted in May 2014 returned for proof of foreign education used for ECA and there was no UCI number on any document inside the package returned.

Really? I got my UCI in one of the forms. It was written in red....

Then it is good for you. you can track your current application on ECAS with old UCI. but I can not. CIC is inconsistent with things it does. I have experience with my Sisters PR then my parents pr VISA and then my wife's visiting visa, she got it for 10 years in first attempt. and I have long history of rejections of my Visa's but I entered Canada this year without visa as Australian citizen I do not need temperory visa any more. It was relieve, now can visit my family there any time.
