i attached original balance certificate of MCB (muslim commercial bank pakistan) but it is not coloured letterhead.instead it in printed in black and white form and signed by manager with stamp of bank. signatures are with blue ball point and stamp is also black & white.i also did not get it notarised. is it OK?

That will suffice.....But would be better to be mentioned on any of ur employment docs....either on the employment letter or on a letter from HR....

CPC-O does not send AOR from last year....They are also continuing this on 14 too....

Please check IMM5612E No.12, the checklist says Letter's must include No. of Hours worked per week. If I were you, I will include what is required to avoid any issues later.
