Hi Diplomatru,

My thoughts on this.

An institute like CIC will try to avoid duplication/waste of time at all cost, that too given the huge load they are expecting in 2014. Hence, they would not want to do completeness check and then later discover that it is wasted effort because they cap is already filled.

They might have a conversion/calculation logic, based on which they are assuming that by this no. of apps which passed completeness check, the caps would get filled. My guess is that they might have already done completeness check till end of July. However, I must say that in spite of being very logical, some times I might fail miserably as there are too many unknown factors.

The best way to know about this is by closely monitoring 2174 for the next two weeks.

Tell her to contact WES to re-evaluate her docs as per FSW requirement....She will need to pay the payment for this....

My spouse had also similar situation.....She did her WES for US admission.....when she wanted to do FSW ECA, then they used old docs....but had to pay the fee....Thats it!!

It makes lot more easier for her.....she did not require to send the docs newly...

She can also do the same....

I had similar situation: I had my report in May 2013 but it was not FSWP and CIC reported to WES. and WES sent me link to request a copy. they charged me 180 dollars for overnight delivery. I applied on wednesday and WES sent it yesterday. I am waiting to get it deliver today. ask her to send an email to WES customer care and they will help her.

Yes asked my Local VO...they are telling that my file is awaiting for final review (on 1st Apr 14).....Till now no visible update..

Totally fine as long as it's original. It's not your fault that they don't have a color letter head .

hy. kindly respond:

i attached original balance certificate of MCB (muslim commercial bank pakistan) but it is not coloured letterhead.instead it in printed in black and white form and signed by manager with stamp of bank. signatures are with blue ball point and stamp is also black & white.i also did not get it notarised. is it OK?

Thanks for all your support on my queries. Can you please again help me out.

Now i have one more doubt..

I am Having 4.5 years of experience in 2173 NOC.
first company duration >1.5years
second company [current company] > 3 years

I am arranging the role & responsibilies for current compnay.
[1] But do i need to submit the responsibilties for previous company too.
P.S : my job title matches exactly with 2173.

For me its important to get points of first company as if they do not considered it.. my points will fall below 67.

And If my company do not provide me respnosibilties certificate.
[2] What is the exact process to create it.
I remember i read in the forum that i need to get the R&R certi by 2 collegues on a balank paper.

[3]and what documents of them should i attach in my application to prove that they are from the same company

Did they do a completeness check on all 2174 applicants until they reached 1000 or what?

It can't be happening....

Hopefully not!!! they won't mock you on this logic!!!
In a week we'll have a very clear picture on this... And it'll ease the tension for other NOCs applicants.
We are hoping for the best!!!

Although it's weird at CIC part that they had to do a second update within 24 hours for this NOCS and that too within 4-5 working hours!!!

2174 cap is reached.. does it mean that 1000 PER received or 1000 complete applications received or 1000 cc charged? Could any one please let me know about this?
My application reached CIC on 26 June.. I was expecting my CC to be charged by the end of next week.. But CIC has given a weekend and strange surprise!!!!! surely I'm gonna be sleepless this night

Any suggestions about what can be done??

Dear Nitin Bro,

Since u need to claim point for the earlier company , u must need to submit the job duty letter....And for the worst case....U can follow the below...

Accumulated Suggestion :

"1) Please descibe the reference letter with your NOC on a white A4 paper and get it acknowledged by your supervisor.
2) Take a copy of photo I'd (company tag photo id) of your supervisor of your company...get it signed by him on it and do attestation
3) Get a service letter from your employee stating you have worked from so and so time with your designation
4) provide an affidavit supporting why you are not able to provide the reference letter in company letter head and attach the service letter provided along with this
5) Submit appointment letter (if exists)
6) Submit Payslip (if exists)
7) Business card of applicant (if exists)
