First NOC reached cap 2174....

Hi Seniors....
2174 cap is reached.. does it mean that 1000 PER received or 1000 complete applications received or 1000 cc charged? Could any one please let me know about this?
My application reached CIC on 26 June.. I was expecting my CC to be charged by the end of next week.. But CIC has given a weekend and strange surprise!!!!! surely I'm gonna be sleepless this night

Any suggestions about what can be done??

I would like to get your advise, when do you think 25,000 applications limit will reach? Anybody has a clue? They are processing June, and its already aver 5,000 :-X

i guess its 1000 PERS but the picture will be clear in next 10 days.

Dont even dare to think about the total CAP 25000.....

Its not possible to be completed the whole CAP even after its last deadline.....

So stay relax...and good luck for ur new app...

Hmm... may be I have to check with Express entry now.. so that I won't be late at least for this time..
Could you please let me know how we can re-route the application for express entry?

any idea as to how long london visa office usually takes to send medical request?
i received PER mail on 13th Aug.

i guess this year it is the PER because if someone gets a negative eligibility he will not be added in the 1000 list but if someone gets the positive eligibility review, those files are transferred to VO..

To All the Members (Seniors & experts)

This is kinda troubling me since sometime and I'm unable to come out of this dilemma ???, finally i could not resist to put my questions front of such experts and talented group.

My fiance will be applying as primary applicant as under one of the NOC's which is 0111 (Financial Manager).

We are targeting to send her file by Mid November, the catch is, we have our marriage scheduled for December 7th. So before marriage I cannot add myself as dependent and if we plan to hold on till marriage and apply then it would be too late because of supporting documentation to be provided for both of us.

My plan is to send her file by Mid November and inform CIC the day we get married and wait for there instructions. Is that a good idea ????

We been in relation for past few years but I don't want to apply myself as Common Law Partner or Conjugal Partner as our marriage is pending in few days.

I need to know the pros and cons if we go by my idea?

To me, cap update is largely PER as most of the NOC will not reach cap. For those NOCs nearing cap, CIC updates issued PER+charged but not issued PER. My personal viewpoint only.
