This is what I used addressing to CIC Immigration Officer:

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I understand that if given permanent residency for Canada I will have to submit the Police Clearance Certificate and [add any other country PCC you have lived for more than 6 months]. I will initiate the process of obtaining clearance certificates as soon as possible, and will be ready to submit when required.

I plan to include covering letter for not submitting PCC with application set. Whom should I address it to? Is there any particular format?

1). on passport birth place is Ganganagar, and on Birth certificate its Sri ganganagar
2). NO university stamp on experience letter
3). Neither no. of hours NOR full time was mentioned on experience letter
4). WES report was sent without opening envelope (sent original wes report which was sent by WES without opening it)
5) did not write name n address at back of DD

My cc was charged on 16th sept and no report yet.
i think it will be at least a month to get report after cc charge.

Hi Experts,

I have applied for NOC 1111 received by CIC on May 14th. No CC charge till now and I have not received back my application packet from CIC. I have inquired to CIC as to the status but still waiting for reply. I was revisiting the NOC codes and realized that I might have applied on the wrong NOC. My current work is more applicable to NOC 0111, I cannot submit another application as my original IELTS resuts was submitted on my first application. My question is... are there any case wherein CIC will consider applications to other NOC codes that are more applicable to their job descriptions than on what they originally applied for? Or in those cases CIC will reject them and it's the applicant's responsibility to reapply to a more matched NOC?

There is significant overlap between these two NOC's, ofcourse 0111 is a managerial role. I dont think you should be worried, because many of the activities performed under 0111 can also be categorised under 1111. To answer your question: CIC will not try to fit you to the correct NOC, they will reject and you may have to reapply. My suggestion is: make a fresh application under 0111, it takes 10 days to get a second copy of IELTS and you should have an additional original ECA. You can still meet the cap under 0111.

Maybe you applied from India, so you can easily add 2 weeks of normal post reaching to you. I am in the US, at least that will be saved. Hopefully you get it in couple of weeks time

Hi do we need to include any receipt from medicals ( I dint know if we get one) while sending the pcc and passport copies courier to ndvo?

As I am planing to send pcc tomorw and do medicals next week.
