Yes they need you to send some sort of proof that you have done the medicals. You can ask for receipt from the medical center.

Maybe you applied from India, so you can easily add 2 weeks of normal post reaching to you. I am in the US, at least that will be saved. Hopefully you get it in couple of weeks time

There is significant overlap between these two NOC's, ofcourse 0111 is a managerial role. I dont think you should be worried, because many of the activities performed under 0111 can also be categorised under 1111. To answer your question: CIC will not try to fit you to the correct NOC, they will reject and you may have to reapply. My suggestion is: make a fresh application under 0111, it takes 10 days to get a second copy of IELTS and you should have an additional original ECA. You can still meet the cap under 0111.

SO i Need to take any other pcc from other cities or this will do?

1. The address in my passport is different from my current address
2. I am residing in current address for last 10 months only.

Yeah, I have read. I even called them they are saying 12 weeks. Sept 20 is the submitted date and my deadline is Dec 1. I just hope I get it by Nov 20 or so - otherwise will have to ask for extension.

I read in the forum here - CIC giving 90 days time now due to system upgrade so hopefully they will understand...

IELTS results are valid for 2 years.

There is a slim chance for you. The numbers you saw are for July 15 as CIO has done completeness till 15 July as of 3rd October.

You are welcome...IELTS in Mar 2012 will be expired now... Is this what you sent in the first package?

If yes, retake and send the new package ASAP..The next available date in India is Dec-06 for IELTS, atleast till yesterday, havent checked again.

Sir Ji,

This issue discussed before.
Still, apply where you are residing online through Passport site. Charges would be Rs 500. They will ask to you bring Original passport along with poassport photocopy of front and back pages and current residense proof (Site will tell u).

Visit passport office at appointed date.

Afterwards your case will refer to police (current city police) which do enquiry and revert back to passport office. Then Passport office will send you an sms mentioning you pcc is ready please come and collect.

OR as mentioned by other forum mate, you can also apply from your hometown, in that case you will get PCC instat.
