I sent DD to NDVO " receiver general for canada" $ 490.

Med report was directly sent by hospital.

and PCC I couriered to NDVO.

DD, pcc and proof of medical completion( that is emedical receipt). Send these docs through courier to NDVO.

I got mine - was from British Counsel though. I just gave them proof of my parcel that was delivered by UPS.

I got without any document. Just gave declaration in one line that i need to file second application with cic. Thats it.

If they are asking you provide them your courior acknowledgement max.

I think you should screw them, when they have already issued so many additional trfs then whats the problem now
