Hi Guys,

Can you please help me with below two queries:

1) I have got MR on 9th october, so does the 1 year deadline to fly canada starts from 9th october or will it be from the day when medical is conducted. From the day of medical.
2) Regarding PCC, i know in India only PCC is sufficient irrespective of states you have stayed. Is my assumption valid ?
because i have stayed approx 2.5 years in Mumbai (Maharashtra) in last 10 years, whereas i have been in Gurgaon for last 4.5 years... Apply in gurgaon.. Mumbai not required.
So would PCC from gurgaon hold good or i need to provide PCC from mumbai as well ??

Because it's written on the document that we need to provide PCC from states where we have stayed beyond 6months.

Seniors/EXperts please help

lol, great detailed explanation. In the middle I started to think that you might have given a bit of personal test as well as Medical presuming you had a lady doc.

Routine blood and urine samples taken, Chest x-ray done. For physical - Doc asks several questions about your medical history e.g. any recent fractures, any history of diabetes, blood pressure, blah...blah...blah. Finally asks you to strip down to your undies and physically checks for presence of any lumps, scars (I think screening related to cancer ???). Pressed against my tummy and found three hard lumps on each side (diagnosed finally as six packs :P). Most importantly, there is no turn around, bend and cough test ;) (sigh of relief)

Let me know in case you have any specific question. PM is welcome too :)

Cheers

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IS OF 4+ -------------- 13 POINTS
AGE 26 YEARS ------------------------------------ 12 POINTS
MASTERS DEGREE (WES REPORT)------------------- 23 POINTS
VISA OFFICE IS NEW DELHI
DESTINATION IS TORONTO (ON)

SELF CALCULATED POINTS ARE 77

FILE SENT ON OCT 8TH 2014
PCC IS PENDING BUT REST EVERY DOCUMENT IS COMPLETE.

EXPERIENCED USERS PLEASE TELL ME THE SUCCESS RATE FOR MY PROFILE.

Everything looks great, but your age. You are too young for 4+ years experience as Brokerage Manager. It depends on the reviewing officer at CIO and later at VO, how they interpret the JD provided by you. I think, if you get through CIO, a JD verification call is on cards. So stay in touch with the person who has provided you reference letter. Best of Luck.

congrats bro.

1. ur time starts from the day and date of stamping of visa on your passports or the day and date on which the visa is issued to you.
2. I think pcc from Gurgaon will be sufficient as u are there since last 5 years almost. any indian member would better help u on this but I don't think u may need Mumbai one.

good luck

Yes visa starts from the day of your medical. And about PCC get it from Pass port office u don't require from all states.

I think you have to provide a PCC because it is clearly state that you have to provide PCC for each country you stay more than 6 months in the last 10 years..

Hi,

what is the correct understanding here, is it from the day of visa stamping or the day when you receive your MR.

Need information regarding FSW 2015

Hi All,

As per CIC's website, they have mentioned some rule change for FSW 2015. Is any one senior can explain in detail what they are going to make change in process and when it will start.
