can you apply again or you need to wait for the application to note the UCI number and then reapply with that uci number ?? How does it work..

I had a UCI already, just waiting for some sore of confirmation. If I were to receive my package it this week, it is unlikely that I can re-send in time to be in the cap. So, if it is rejected, thats the end of it under NOC 1112.

!! MR PCC RPRF ALERT !!

I dont know what to say , as this is something I am not able to understand since yesterday night!! This is surely shocking ... I received MR PCC & RPRF request from my consultant yesterday.... The question in my mind is how is that possible ... I mean it is so early as per my expectation & even the SS Estimates.... ???

Though it is a Good news .... but still many applicants from May 5 to May 14 are waiting for their MR's & that is making me tensed . Even my 2nd line is not updated in ECAS.

My timeline is as follows:

App recd: 20 May 2014
CC Charge: 28 August 2014
PER: 09 Sept 2014

I received CIIP Brochure, CIIP FCRO INTRO LETTER, DOCUMENT REQUEST LETTER (Asking for MR - for me & wife , RPRF- for me & wife , PCC for me from India & UAE & for my wife from India ... All documents must reach by 23 Nov 2014) IMM1017 for me & wife.

Below is the email I received

Someone suggested to use worldnetexpress for sending my application..

Anyone else who have used it? Surprisingly they are estimating a 14th delivery while fedex ups are estimating 16th which us good but a surprise..
Plus they are charging almost half of fedex ups.. Are they for real??

I have taken some snapshots of my work addressing me.
Do I have to highlight my name or any reference regarding my work or send them as it is to CIO?

Highlighting will make it easier fir revuewing officer to notice the key info. So no harm in doing that.

So means you are not providing jd on letter head?

July 7th and July 12 applications were returned, July 12th applicant confirmed that he received the package. Assuming the file was mailed a month back, the completeness check would have been done during the first week of September, the completeness check might have been completed for July...

my husband is out of town for 1 week so it Wil take a week for me to do the medicals...but our PCC is ready and will become 3 month old on 17th october.
so It would be fine if I just send my PCC tomrow by courier to NDVO and make fee payment tomrow and then do medicals next week?

I just mentioned the latest reported returned applications.
As per my theory, completeness check is performed before 85 days since lock-in date. In case something goes wrong one must add mail delivery time to his RPO from Canada to have an estimate.

Dont worry!!! U can trust them. I sent my ECA documents through them which were earlier lost in transit by DTDC.

So I think that I will never get the PR coz by the time LVO works on applications, CIC might change the rules.....it's so frustrating....
