Need your advice on this issue:

My friend's application was rejected because of not providing a copy of his bachelor degree attached to WES report on October 6th.

in order to reapply, can he send the same application forms back to CIC with adding bachelor degree to it, or he must fill all the forms once again?

For job duties I have taken it from my supervisor with his business card.
DO we need to take an affidavit from lawyer for the same document which was signed by supervisor OR
I need to take affidavit for myself explains iam not getting the duties on company letter head due to company policy.

Yes you need to take affidavit. But also attach all possible supporting documents for this employment

Oops sorry. my bad. its actually 20th June 2014. Mine is DD and NOC is 2131. Please let me know what would be the date my DD shall be encashed if my application is through. How do they inform about PER ?

Do they send email or any other means we can check it. Pls help

my application was received on 8th August 2014, NOC 2171 & till date , I have not received any communication from CIC...Any idea which month application, CIC is processing?

You will get a response (called PER), only after 120 Days of waiting (from the day your application was received by CIC)..Presently the applications of 2nd and 3rd week of June are getting processed.

Over Phone:


 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.
