hello seniors,

For job duties I have taken it from my supervisor with his business card.
DO we need to take an affidavit from lawyer for the same document which was signed by supervisor OR
I need to take affidavit for myself explains iam not getting the duties on company letter head due to company policy.

Congrats agrineer...........

Looking at that..I feel PER time doesn't differ much in time eirther it be DD or CC.......It is only the Charge Confirmation which DD guys gets to know a little late that CC.....................

That's correct. Sending a DD is not disadvantageous in any way, except that we would get a confirmation of encashment only from a PER mail. However, even if it is a CC, encashment does not guarantee PER. Hence, PER is the most authentic confirmation of application acceptance.

Dear Forum members,

Need your advice on this issue:

My friend's application was rejected because of not providing a copy of his bachelor degree attached to WES report on October 6th.

in order to reapply, can he send the same application forms back to CIC with adding bachelor degree to it, or he must fill all the forms once again?

all the best

Hey Ash 73,

I really need an explanation as to why the ECAS second line has not been updated as yet. Do you have any idea on who updates the status on ECAS. Is the CIO or the VO. I mean there is no reason why somebody from any VO after a specific application submission date gets their status updated before the prior one.

I've tried to do some research but haven't found anything useful. Based on the SS analysis, perhaps it just seems like they have omitted to update the status of certain people at random. Not sure if that implies an opinion on the application status or not :s
Once the file is transferred to London visa office all further communication is done by vo .Some VO do not necessarily send aor or add second line to ecas status. In the past in 2013 the second line in ecas stats came after interview and submission of pcc of one 1112 applicant 2013 that I know.
We donot know how the vo works ,but it depends on the individual files.
If e observe the ss there isone 1112 lvo applicant whos got second line addedto ecas .Those who have received MR etc are 2133 2132 2131 mostly and 2174.
hope for a smooth and speedy process ahead for all of us .
