One more question guys...if i have a permanent job offer...should that job be under 50 eligible occupations??

I will be rally grateful if anyone of you can answer my these 2 questions??

1. You will still need LMIA to be able to apply under the arranged employment criteria.
2. When applying under the arranged employment category, the job offer DOES NOT need to be in the list of 50.

Hi,

I need to know is there any time lines for FSW. As I know that it will be ending on 31 Dec 2014. How ever some people says that it does not have any end date but it will continue untill express entry comes and there is also no exact time lines for express entry,.

Can any one comment on this

Thought of applying 2171 , all docs set, called one of agent in canada and got the news that all IT professional NOC got filled and i need to wait for next week, i asked about DBA ( NOC2172) then got a reply that they got back their application for DBA only. is there any clarity??? any suggesstions? whether can i apply or not? please.........

wanted some help here.Regarding payment of fee, do you guys suggest to do it via online of DD ? if its a DD will it still be under the name of Receiver general of Canada ? does it need to be sent to canada address or NDVO address ?
