Guys, according to sheet, the reason for rejection for some of you, was BC. what means BC?

In English it stands for Birth Certificate,
In Urdu language it stands for Something Else! :D

Hi,

My file was rejected in 2011 due to Caps was reached. CIC simply sent my file back with the cover letter.

This letter does not contain any kind of the UCI or file number. I have applied in 2014 but not mentioned the UCI number in Generic Application Form.

Some members says that you must have UCI number if file get rejected due to Caps reached.

Is there any one who have same scenario? Who got rejected due to CAPS was reached and not got the UCI number?

Even if you do have a UCI# and you failed to mention it - CIC will find that out for you. This is not a problem at all.

Hi

I am currently in Canada, recently completed my Masters and residing in Quebec.
I am looking to apply for FSW under NOC 2241 (Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians) as I do have 13 months of working experience as Radio Frequency Engineer.

I need to know the following.

1. Is it safe to apply for FSW under NOC 2241. And does any one has any idea about the cap for this particular NOC
2. Since I am living in Canada, I have been told by a friend of mine that If I apply for FSW I be getting PNP and not FSW
3. I am residing in Quebec, would it be having any effect on my FSW application. However I don`t wish to stay and live in Quebec once I get my PR

Thanks

To apply under FSW2014 you must need to provide a proof that you will not stay in Quebec . I do not know how you will prove it and As you said you have some work experience , you did not mention either this is Quebec experience or out of quebec. If it is not Quebec experience, it will be easy for you to prove that you are only for study there and now you do not have any plan to reside. However if it is not so really complicated to convince visa officer

Can i send a direct mail to them ? Already i got DD back from consultant ..so should i ?

Please let us know the name of your consultant

Your consultant making fool out of you . He got your file back with some reason for which your consultant is responsible and now he is covering it up by sending new application with fresh dd .

My suggestion, take full refund from your consualtancy with your whole application documents ( I hope you know how to get it )

And re-summit your app on your own.
Bye you from which noc .

Oh, thanks. Mine was sent and notarized translation, But not notarized copy. So I am not sure if mine will be rejected or not...

Anyone was rejected due to this reason?((

Guys,

I have noticed something interesting in the Request letter sent by NDVO. For applicants who have sent PCC along with application, the PCC request sentence is something like this

"From each country where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an
original police clearance certificate for yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner. This must be received
at this office by .."

For applicants who has not send the PCC the request letter is like below

"From each country where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an
original police clearance certificate FROM INDIA for yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner. This must be received
at this office by .."

and in some cases an additional next point same as above

"From each country where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an
original police clearance certificate for yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner. This must be received
at this office by .."

So I think for people who have sent PCC , for them NDVO is asking PCC for country in which they might have stayed for more than 6 month in course of the application process and thus they omit the word "FROM INDIA"

This my analysis as I have lot of free time at work these days :D
