Guys,
I have noticed something interesting in the Request letter sent by NDVO. For applicants who have sent PCC along with application, the PCC request sentence is something like this
"From each country where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an
original police clearance certificate for yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner. This must be received
at this office by .."
For applicants who has not send the PCC the request letter is like below
"From each country where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an
original police clearance certificate
FROM INDIA for yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner. This must be received
at this office by .."
and in some cases an additional next point same as above
"From each country where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an
original police clearance certificate for yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner. This must be received
at this office by .."
So I think for people who have sent PCC , for them NDVO is asking PCC for country in which they might have stayed for more than 6 month in course of the application process and thus they omit the word "FROM INDIA"
This my analysis as I have lot of free time at work these days
