Hi I am Jun 5 applicant under 2174..No PER yet. In fact today I have checked with bank they havent en cashed DD also... No rejection mail as well..Is there any place where I can send inquiry email

Same here buddy 6th June applicant 2132 NOC . I have seen CC cases getting der CC debited but less DD encashment. I dont think CIC sends rejection mail rather dey send whole file back. So if u have not got the file back stay hopeful ................U might get PER mail by next week . Stay hopeful........

Thanks Vind. I assumed the same thing two weeks back and regret not sending it (4th June was getting processed at that time). From looking at the spreadsheet, I see that there has been no charge on 1112 since 6/6/2014, and there has been a lot of activity on other NOCs. So my conclusion is that, there might be a faint chance that my file has not gone through the completeness check yet. I realize it is way too optimistic and is a long shot, but nothing to lose at this stage. I will not be in cap if my file is returned and resubmitted. Assuming it is not processed yet, is it fine to send it by Fax or through relative in Canada? Thanks again, appreciate the help.

hey vind...have you get any update?
like cc or DD charged?

I thinks last updated DD charged on 11th June.
anyone after 11th june who got his DD charge? :o :o :o

Hello VIND, CanOL, OSCARs, PALAK PATEL, SAPs and other senior members.....

Hope someone will be able to answer this question.

I have filled the fingerprint form and completed fingerprinting from local police station in my city in gujarat.

The form FD-258, has a field called "ORI".

As far as I can understand this field, is different for different agencies.

Police station staff does not know their ORI code, when I asked them,

But the guideline from FBI says "ORI is a required field, and application maybe rejected if ORI is wrong or blank".

So now I am confused......

Please HELP on urgent basis...

If you detailed job duties are mentioned in the letter there should not be any problem. If those are not there you should get a revised letter with detailed jd and send to cio as additional document.

Good luck

yes the detailed job description is attached in the second page..my only concern is the job title in the COE 1st page which is STAFF NURSE, and in the Job Description (2nd page) it says WARD NURSE..Thank you for your help..hope this wont be a problem as per CIC evaluation.. :(

I've been going through the spreadsheet on people who've received visas / PPRs and those that haven't. And I noticed that many of those who've had their cases processed so quickly seem to have sent their PCCs with the application itself. Could it be that the delays for the rest is due to PCCs being sent later / background & criminality checks being done by the local VO as opposed to the CIC in Canada?

What do you guys think?

Hey Guys,

Kamran

Your vo may ask for the fresh bank statement after the file is transferred to your local vo.

Good luck

Hi Vind,

If the settlement funds are shown as Fixed Deposit, would they ask for bank statement of the fixed deposit account?

May be your assumptions are right. But if they are accepting the applications without PCC, they should get back to the applicant within some agreed timeline. It is not fair that they don't respond at all and make us wait..
