Hi All

If I pay my fbi fees of 18$ via demand draft issued by ICICI Bank in india will it be OK as a correct mode of payment?.

As I am confused between certified cheque and demand draft.

DD encashment date: 30th September.

Cant comment on the former, however i can tell you a thing or two about certified cheque.

IN the case of certified the requisite amount, gets blocked in your savings accound so whenever the cheque is presented, you would come to know as the amount will be automatically debited from your account. This is different than a dd in whcih the amount gets instantly debited from your account.
At the time of applying for the fsw appliction, i wanted to have a certified cheque however the bank (citi) informed that the validity will not extend beyond 3 months. DD on the other hand can have a validity for 6 months.
so take a call accordingly

yes the detailed job description is attached in the second page..my only concern is the job title in the COE 1st page which is STAFF NURSE, and in the Job Description (2nd page) it says WARD NURSE..Thank you for your help..hope this wont be a problem as per CIC evaluation..

Job duties are important not the job title. Dont worry you are fine.

Thanks Vind. I assumed the same thing two weeks back and regret not sending it (4th June was getting processed at that time). From looking at the spreadsheet, I see that there has been no charge on 1112 since 6/6/2014, and there has been a lot of activity on other NOCs. So my conclusion is that, there might be a faint chance that my file has not gone through the completeness check yet. I realize it is way too optimistic and is a long shot, but nothing to lose at this stage. I will not be in cap if my file is returned and resubmitted. Assuming it is not processed yet, is it fine to send it by Fax or through relative in Canada? Thanks again, appreciate the help.

Bro I am sorry but completeness check for june applications were done days back in september so there are hardly any chance. But obviously there is no harm in trying. Can you plz tell us in details what documents are these which you want to send

I have applied for FSW2014 on 7th may with NOC 2173 but my application is refused because my spouse IELTS points didn't count. now my spouse have given IELTS and result would be declared on 15th Oct.
till now 392 CAPS filled for 2173
