Alright, you wrote PR in your query.

It is mentioned in PER that

"If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals"

Follow the instructions.

What you will have to include is

Cover letter (which has all your information which were on PER email)
Copy of study permit
Proof of address
Passport pages (First, last , entry date) - not needed but better to provide this information,
etc.

Does it have to be a letter, can I just send an email, attaching the required documents.
I mean the letter may take time & I'm afraid that they may send the app to my local VO by then

If they haven't mentioned anything then mention every travel your made from age of 18 or in last 10 years. To be on safe Side I would also suggest that you include a cover letter mentioning that you haven't mention those information in Original travel form as it was instruction that no to include any travel made between Country of residence and country of origin, which in your case was London and Pakistan.

But this is the confusion, if I have to write about all my visits to Pakistan from London and to London from Pakistan. Then It will be too much to write. As I visit Pakistan once or twice every year.

So, I will be keep on writing on the forms and spare sheets " Travelled to pakistan for 15 days" travelled to UK and stayed 6 months , then travelled to pakistan for 15 days then back and stayed 7 months and so on ................. I am really confused.

any more suggestions please.

Scanned the cover letter &other required documents and send them as an attachment to your VO.

It's straightforward this is something clearly stated on the guidelines...

8yrs in the UK - PCC required. Where you were before the 8yrs up to 10yrs you also need a PCC in as long you have spent more than 6mths and above the age of 18 or so

Congrats. Btw did you inform Manila VO to change your VO to CPC-Ottawa for Passport stamping ??

Hi Goku,

In the letter from Manila VO, there are three options how to get our PP stamped, and one of the options is to send them to Ottawa if we are currently residing here in Canada. I did inform Manila VO already that I will be sending our PP to Ottawa in an email last Oct3. And when I sent our PP to Ottawa, I also included a cover letter stating that our original VO is Manila. Our PPs were received in Ottawa on Oct6 per Canada Post tracking.

I don't know why people on these forums are assuming that the NOC 2281 cap will be filling up by October 2014 end The FSW 2014 spreadsheet that gets updated everyday shows that even the pessimistic estimate shows that the NOC 2281 cap will be available till around 22nd December,2014. So even though I am not saying everybody should be comfortable to apply till December 2014, I think it is unnecessary to panic for people that are waiting to send their application to CIC till end of November.I am not a senior member of this forum nor am I here to provide any suggestions but these are my views. Not sure HOW some people in this forum are assuming that the CAP will fill up by end of October 2014???

The FSW 2014 spreadsheet hyperlink (you can google the link) says for even the "Pessimistic estimate" that the CAP will be open till ataleast December 22,2014. Consider this calculation. Even if CIC has consistently received 5 applications per day for NOC 2281 since May 1,2014 when the program opened, then in that case the total applications recieved as of October 1,2014 is 750. The FSW 2014 spreadsheet above shows around 1.44 applications added to NOC 2281 per day, I have taken pessimistic estimate of 5 APPS PER DAYAlso not all 750 of the above APPS I mention would have been rejected,lets say 100 got rejected. Still only 650 out of 1000 applications in this CAP are full. So I believe everybody should not panic that much, right???!

2281 is very much safe till 15th dec 2014 as per current estimates

Hello friends,

I need some help to clarify my doubt, I am working in US currently, applied for FSW PR and would like to continue work in US till I get good job in Canada.

1) if I go to Canada on PR visa for landing, Do I need to do any additional process to come back US if I already have US visa/status...? I have I-94 status for up to 2016.

2) In current process, CIC will give first PR visa in our passport with expiry date (it could last for 6 months ?). Can we land one day before the expiry day..? Does counting of days to maintain PR status (730 days out of 5 yrs) starts after landing day OR the date when you get PR visa in your passport..?

3) After coming back, can i stay in US continuously for 2 yrs and then by that time after getting job in Canada, can i go back to stay there for 3 yrs to maintain PR..?

4) If I don't want Canadian citizenship, Can I stay permanently on PR card in canada..? and leave country for job in US..? Is that L1 for me and L2 for my wife works in US if we will be Canadian citizens..?

It will be great if you guys can give information.

My application reached CIC on 13-Jun and Credit Card was declined by Bank on 1-Oct and CIC did not try again.

Pls. help suggest if I can do something now by contacting CIC or by sending a bank draft now etc.

I am in severe distress as I wasn't ready for such pain. Is anyone aware of any such situation which was resolved by someone contacting CIC in some manner.

Pls. help.

CIC will try again , wait for one more week . Mean while you can sent them an email regarding this . Unfortunately sending new DD or CC info won't help at this stage .Good luck
