Hello,

Got my PPR thru email last Oct3.
We sent our PP in Ottawa the same day. (My VO is Manila but we opted to send our PP here in Ottawa since we are currently residing here in Alberta). To those who successfully got their visas from Ottawa, can you give me an idea when CIC would send our PP back?

PS: My status in ECAS is still on Line#3 "Medical results have been received"
When will it change to "Decision Made?"

HI SENIORS

Finally, I got my PR today thanks to the very useful info I had from this forum.
However, I need your kind feedback for my issue.

When I initially applied for the FSW 2014, I had applied for a study visa at the same time.
However, I didn't get my Study Visa until the end of July.
Accordingly, and as I had no idea about the outcome of the Study Visa then.
I have submitted all my FSW app in June with my old address in my country & choosed my local Visa office as the processing office.
Now I'm in Canada for my study program, I know I should inform CIC with the latest updates.
Is it a got time to do so or I should wait to a later stage.

I tried to check the online change address service but it has only two options In Canada & Outside Canada.
Anyway it won't be suffiecient as I need to change the Visa office not just the address.

Appreciate your help.

Question: Please list the countries which you have visited or lived in over the past 10 years?
Give dates, place, reason for stay and immigration status:

I am originally from Pakistan, but I am in UK from last 8 years and I have been on different immigration status since I am in UK and every year I am visiting Pakistan as well.

Now, what I need to write in answer? Because when I filled out original Supplementary form at the time of application, there was a same question in that form, but in that question they had mentioned that we don't need to include our country or origin and country or residence (which in my case is Pakistan & UK) , but in this LVO, form they have not mentioned anything.

I am very confused with this question, please help. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Hi Manush,

No need to worry I'd you have sent the translated BC as I had also sent the same and have got the pER. Just make sure that all the details on the BC is as per ur PP and other docs else there might be problem.

I am 25th Aug applicant, NOC is 2281. I did not send BC local language photo copy with notary, I have sent translated copy with affidavit.

Can I send photo copy with notary now? what should I mention in covering letter, so they can add this document in my file. What a chance to get through my file without this document ?

If they haven't mentioned anything then mention every travel your made from age of 18 or in last 10 years. To be on safe Side I would also suggest that you include a cover letter mentioning that you haven't mention those information in Original travel form as it was instruction that no to include any travel made between Country of residence and country of origin, which in your case was London and Pakistan.

It's straightforward this is something clearly stated on the guidelines...

8yrs in the UK - PCC required. Where you were before the 8yrs up to 10yrs you also need a PCC in as long you have spent more than 6mths and above the age of 18 or so

Any May 20 applicant got MR from NewDelhi VO? Are they slow these days? I am in US now, unfortunately selected New Delhi VO instead of CPC-Ottawa which is very fasti guess. What is the trend in MR from New Delhi VO?

Alright, you wrote PR in your query.

It is mentioned in PER that

"If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals"

Follow the instructions.

What you will have to include is

Cover letter (which has all your information which were on PER email)
Copy of study permit
Proof of address
Passport pages (First, last , entry date) - not needed but better to provide this information,
etc.
