I got a reference letter from my current employer and one from my previous employer which are issued for my application. Both the letters have same format and dated 2014. do you think this is ok or case investigating officer would think I got the letter for this purpose only.

I'm confused

Almost everyone who is obtaining these letters is getting them for the purpose of applying for FSW. No problem.

Hi guys,

What documents as the wife of main applicant do we have to attach to application. I took the IELTS exam so I guess I would I have to include original report to claim 5 points, original PCC. Do I have to attach reference letters or any other documents?

One of the companies my husband worked at has been closed for awhile now, CIC wont be able to contact anybody there, what can he do? Do we write a cover letter explaining situation with mobile number of former owner of company?

CIC asks for las 10 years of employment, does he have to get reference letters from thos jobs in last 10 years or only the ones that have to do with his NOC (4011).

He is a culinary arts professor at university, do yo think its best to get not only the reference letters for university for the noc 4011 but also reference letters form the restaurants were he has been a chef and gotten his culinary arts experience from?

No ref letters required for accompanying dependent spouse. PCC will be required. IELTs will be required as you want to claim additional 5 points for suitability, else not required for dependent. also certain forms will need to be filled for dependent spouse also.
If company has closed, pls mention this in cover letter and get ref letters from his erstwhile bosses who have worked with him in that organisation.
if he gives ref letter for all 10 years, he gets additional points for work experience. If work exp in his NOC (4011) is greater than 6 years, then any other ref letter not required as he gets full points.
Additional ref letters from restaurants will definitely help to boost the strength of your case.
