You can be with your relatives in India, OR you can have your spouse with you in Canada.
1. Do You need 5 points to make it to 67?
2. If you file your application now without your spouse, You can later on add your spouse in the application when you get PER.

Let me rephrase: If my application is received on 10-10-2014, I will satisfy the criterion if I am employed under this NOC between 10-10-2004 and 10-10-2005, unfortunately, i changed job in the month of september 2005!!

Oh, I see. In that case, apply ASAP and make sure your letter makes it very explicit how many hours per week you were working. Good luck.

Need immediate clarification....got a call from Davin cohen office to transfer 900USD to start immigration process asap. No clue what for?
....in past days....i tried qualifying myself for fswp program and dropped a mail to david to help me in immigration process.
What are they? consultants or official fswp officials?

they are plain consultants..they are asking for Consultancy fee. pay only if you want to avail their service. Else you can apply on your own too.

My fiance is the primary applicant and my plan is to apply for her as primary applicant.

My question is, do i need to write IELTS too as a dependent? I'm not going to mention myself as conjugal partner because we are planning to get married in the month of December and hoping to submit her application by mid November...

So its like, will submit her application as primary applicant only by November and we are planning to get married by December and will update CIC about our marriage.

You don't need to take the IELTS, but you can get an additional 5 points if you do so and achieve the necessary score (and if you are listed as her accompanying dependant spouse or partner).

Hi guys,

What documents as the wife of main applicant do we have to attach to application. I took the IELTS exam so I guess I would I have to include original report to claim 5 points, original PCC. Do I have to attach reference letters or any other documents?

One of the companies my husband worked at has been closed for awhile now, CIC wont be able to contact anybody there, what can he do? Do we write a cover letter explaining situation with mobile number of former owner of company?

CIC asks for las 10 years of employment, does he have to get reference letters from thos jobs in last 10 years or only the ones that have to do with his NOC (4011).

He is a culinary arts professor at university, do yo think its best to get not only the reference letters for university for the noc 4011 but also reference letters form the restaurants were he has been a chef and gotten his culinary arts experience from?

Copies of your Mark sheets, degree, etc. Has to be filled with the original application. Now you can should send additional documents to cio.

Make a cover letter and state your concern including following information
Application received date, time, who received it
Surname
Name
DOB
Passport No
UCI (if you have)
NOC code
Country
Address and contact number

Also send an email to cio on the day when you get the acknowledgment of courier delivery. With all of above details and new courier details so that they can match the documents to your original application.
Don't forget to label your envelop "additional documents for the application date dd/mm/yyyy" and your NOC.

No. I applied for another original WES report. Not a duplicate. They have used the same docs I submitted from first application.

I don't want to take any chances this time around. I prefer to wait a few more days to re-submit with an original ECA.

I see...Thanks for sharing.So I am more inclined to believe that duplicate report requested from WES should not be an issue in submitting the same to CIC.
Did you reapply using the duplicate report?
