I am 7 May Applicant Received my PER on 11 August from India..

I have Renewed Mine and Spouse's Passport just a month back. Now i need to Update NDVO regarding same..

so whats procedure to Update NDVO with our New Passports..???

Should i submit New Forms with New Passport Numbers or just need to submit Old and New Passport Copy..


Please Help me ASAP.. I am really n hurry to do so..

Send a case-specific enquiry with a scan of the new passport. If the VO requires further documentation they will ask.

My CC got charged on 26 September. But I have not received PER yet. But CIC has not returned money either yet. I feel its still positive. But can anyone tell, who will receive PER, me or my representative. I am June 9th applicant.

You can show valuations of property and gold as your asset. but not as your settlement fund. only liquid form of money is acceptable as Settlement fund - Current/Saving A/C, Fixed deposit, stock, mutual fund - this kind of thing.

the main POF is actually settlement fund.

If you don't have enough cash and sell the gold then you should keep receipt of selling gold for future reference (if they ask)

Need immediate clarification....got a call from Davin cohen office to transfer 900USD to start immigration process asap. No clue what for?
....in past days....i tried qualifying myself for fswp program and dropped a mail to david to help me in immigration process.
What are they? consultants or official fswp officials?

I had originally sent a photocopy of the original WES and later on ordered a duplicate from WES and sent it to CIO. I don't think CIO attached it to my file because I did not receive the duplicate report in my returned package. Only the photocopy was returned. I did not have my original WES hence the reason for apply for a duplicate.

Hi Humber, in your SS entry you stated that your reject reason was you sent a copy of ECA report. Was this report the duplicate one you requested from WES?

Valuation of gold will be fine... No need for property valuation it will not work...
