Damn you fast bro! (2 Thumbs up)

Thanks makes perfect sense. And thanks for the warm welcome. Appreciate it all!

I think I will be able to apply in the next 20 days or so if all goes well. Although chances are slim to get through the under the 2174,2173 NOC eh? Thoughts? They are really filling up fast.

Regards

Go for 2173 if you can do so honestly. 2174 is almost certainly capped already.

Hi,

Has anyone got the US PCC from FBI recently. I guess they are taking lot of time (around 12+weeks) these days as they have implemented some new IT system.

My fingerprints were received on 12th Aug and CC charged on 10-Oct. Any idea by when should I expect my PCC report.

I have to submit my PCC and PR fee by 11th Nov. Will NDVO allow some more time to submit the PCC in case I don't receive my PCC by then

Yes you just need to explain to them the lengthy processing time of FBI and you should get an extension. But be sure to communicate with them beforehand, don't delay.

I have $9000 in my saving account and $3000 in Provident fund account. Will it be fine or Do i need to transfer $3000 to my saving account??
PF statement would suffice or not?

You can update the local VO when they request further documents/MR. No need to inform CIC at this stage. Also unless there are some adaptability points involved it won't really matter, but it's good to be thorough as they do ask for updates of this type.
It will give me additional 10 points for adaptability. It would be good to add points.

But if i send additional documents now & say it reaches on October 10th and my original documents reached on July 11th. so will they still consider me as July 11th or October 10th candidate?

Dear all forum members,

Anyone know about these " IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM & SUPPLEMENTARY FORMS" sent by LVO along with MR to me. :( :( :( :( :(

How many members ? The amount you need to show as settlement funds depends on that.

However PF and Savings account can be shown for proof of settlement funds

You can use any number of accounts to show settlement funds.

PF statement suffices if you can withdraw the money whenever you wish. Settlement funds must be liquid and unencumbered.

You're still July 11th. There was some uncertainty about this before but we have seen some examples and now we know.

Good luck.

No update, no nothing, thats it, I am going to bed....

My question here is the following. I applied for FSW program under the NOC code 2171 Information Systems Analysts and Consultants. On the website they give a general description of the unit group and Then they describe the main duties for four occupations:

Information systems business analysts
Systems security analysts
Information systems quality assurance analysts
Systems auditors

If you expand the "View All Titles" link, there are many other occupations related to this unit. In my case there are two titles in that list which match my experience; Information Technology Analyst and Computer Consultant. These jobs have their own duties that are similar but not exactly the same as the ones described with the four occupations given in the summary section.
Since my application was sent with this code and my work experience is with those titles I already mentioned, and the particular duties for these two are not directed declared in the website, will they assess my work experience valid for this code?

Thank you for your time and help.
