Hi there,
1. I've done my Bachelor's in Business Administration and Masters in Marketing Management. But one of the consultant has advised me to send the documents only for BBA and the consultant told me that Masters in Marketing Management would not be awarded any points.

I did the same and I got my WES report for my BBA as canadian equivalency: 4 yrs bachelor's degree.

Will there be any problem as i didn't get my Masters in Marketing Management evaluated from WES ?

However, to the canadian immigration council iam planning to submit the photocopies of my Master's degree as well,. Please suggest ?

Iam asking this because as a member said that his application was returned as "incomplete WES evaluation"

I almost have all the docs ready and planning to submit before this month end.

Dear experts,

I am in need of help as I have all the documents ready to go and just a few things are missing. This will be a wall of text with a few questions and I would really appreciate some help:

1 - Will FSW 2014 be open until January 2015 or April 2015?

We're not sure yet. To be sure, sent it asap and make it arrive there before Dec 31.

2 - I just realized that the place I took the photos at did a poor job cutting them and some are like 3.5 / 4.7 (should be 4.5) and I already wrote behind them. SHould that be a problem?

It should not be a problem, but cut it if possible.

3 - I can't find the envelope they request anywhere in my state. Can I put the documents in a different envelope? As close to 23 x 30.5 that I can get. I think I saw one that was 24 x 35.

The envelope size they told us to send was unable to fit all my application papers. So I just bought one a bit larger.

4 - The bank provided bank certificates with the currency of my country. Nowhere does it say canadian dollars. I did, however, inform how much it was in the economic classes form IMM0008. Should I have done any different?

It's not a problem, but I've sent a current conversion printed from google finance page of the day I've sent my application (both BRL>CAD and US>CAD, because one of my bank statement were written in english and with USD).

5 - This is the cover letter I intend to send along with the application. Could anyone take a look and tell me if it's ok?

You can fill (and should) some form parts using black pen, it's not a problem at all, so, don't tell them that. There is a lot of information in your "cover letter".
The police clearance certificates are checked by SPVO, so they will ask you again when you got your MR, if they need it, so, again don't told them what they knew.
If you don't got a letter from any company and are not claiming it for additional points, don't bother to explain it, too much information. But if you are claiming it, you should provide any proof (I've made a solenm declaration about one company that's closed).
If you don't hold a Master Degree, you should send your Bachelor Degree (or Diploma). Your MBA isn't a degree.

Any thoughts ? , Is is normal that I should wait till get any response from Delhi embassy ? when could be possible visa issue month for 7th May applicant so that I can plan early ?

If you are not claiming points for masters with valid WES I would suggest you don't include masters
(Assuming you are crossing bench mark of 67 without that masters as that gonna give you additional 1or2 points)

I have one doubt, can we show the FD's which are joint with some one. I have FD's of 7 lakhs which are jointly in name of my father and me.

Can I show those ? or I need to transfer the FD's to my name and then I can show ?

Settlement funds should be on the naMe of principal applicant ...if spouse is accompanying then settlement funds can be shown jointly with spouse

Yes, you have to submit photocopy of your marksheets / transcripts along with degree certificates.
You can send the above mentioned documents as additional documents, and email the scan documents to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca.

In my understanding cio do not accept scanned documents. You may send scanned for their reference only if you have sent them in physical also.

I was wondering wont it be a contradictory thing sending in case for two NOCs I mean making the case itself getting into an awkward situation ?
Have you done that or know anyone who has successfully done that and got his case processed ?

Yes, sometime last week a person who applied under 2 NOCs reported PERs in both on the same day.

There is no conflict so long as you use separate work experience for each primary NOC. Don't try to use the same job for both NOCs!

Hi All,

After a long wait, i received my PER on 4th of October that was saturday, surprising, but a happy surprise indeed , Could not update the forum as i was travelling and just reached back.

Hope my friend Syed would also have received it. Please update the SS, looking difficult through iPad.

Just like to share one thing, I got my PER mail when i was in Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan so felt very blessed.

Would like to thank Ashif, Century, Oscar, Grooby and many other senior members who have always been so helpful throughout this journey till date. I wish we could have same kind of guidance in our life.

Oh that is a life saver to hear that.
Actually i applied in for 2174 and my file got there on 5th of Aug and I am pretty sure I have no chance in that.The other NOCs which have overlapped roles an responsibilities is 2173
2173 has this clause in prereq
Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of professional engineers is required to approve engineering drawings and reports and to practise as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).which I dont know what it is how to get that .

Don't worry about "employment requirements." Only the job duties and lead statement matter.
