I have a question regarding the employment letters. I am planning to apply under 2 NOC's to be safe but have only 1 set of employment letters.
I am not sure if we need to send the copy of the employment reference letters or would a copy be fine?
Please help guys!!!

Photocopies of the reference letters are sufficient. Only IELTS and ECA reports are required to be submitted in original.

Dear All,

Thanks for all the support till date. I have now received my IELTS result and will be sending my application tomorrow. I would request a final review by someone to check I have covered everything.

I have prepared this documentation in 1.5 months including application for ECA report, PCC & IELTS. If deemed fit, others can also use it for their reference. I have tried to be as thorough as possible.

Mentioned below is all the documents I am sending, pls let me know if I am missing anything glaring. I have put everything in following order:

1. Document checklist with tick marks where applicable - Original
2. bar Code pages signed and dated- Original
3. Generic application form 4 pages- Original
4. Background declaration for me, signed and dated by me- Original
5. background declaration for wife, signed and dated by her- Original

- Job 1 Certifications copy which are relevant for my NOC

- job 2 release letter (job 2 is not related to my NOC so I havent provided any other details)
13. ECA report from WES- Original
- Marksheets and degress for master and bachelors- copies
- tenth & twelfth marksheets-copies
14. Proof of relationship in canada
- Cover letter - original
- proof of status - PR card of my sister- Copies
- Proof of relationship -Affidavit from parents (original), passport and marriage certificate mentioning parents name (copies)
- proof of residency - bank statement for August month - copies
15. settlement funds
- Cover letter - original
- Bank certificate - original
- EPF statement - copy
16. identity & civil status document
- cover letter - original
- affidavit - same as above as above one mentions my dob and my parents name (or should I issue an affidavit from me that I am born on so and so date)
- tenth marksheet for me - copy
- birth certificate for my spouse - copy
- tenth marksheet for my spouse - copy (as BC doesnt mention her name)
- marriage certificate - copy
- pan card for me - copy
- pan card for my spouse - copy
17. PCC for me - original
- PCC for my spouse - Original
18. 6 photos for me - 5 named, dated, dob mentioned
- 6 photos for spouse - 5 named, dated, dob mentioned
19. Fee payment form - signed and dated with CC details - Original
20. 2 Self addressed label - one in english & one in hindi

All these put in an envelope marked for courier delivery.

I am just excited to be part of Spreadsheet come tomorrow. Thanks again every single one on this forum.

I have noticed someone got rejected as he/she did send WES issued duplicate report. I also sent WES report. WES sent me two copies of the reports; I kept one and sent one with the application. How to know whether I sent the valid one or not? I compared both the reports and they are same everywhere. Is there anywhere I got it wrong? Why myreckus was rejected for WES duplicate copy? Did he make a photocopy of those reports or something else. please clarify, anyone!!!

I am a qualified Company Secretary from India with experience of more than 11 years in the field of compliances. I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. I wish to know whether I will be eligible to apply for PR in FSW Category and if yes, which sub-category.

It doesn't sound like you are, but you should check for yourself as you know your experience best. Look at the list of eligible NOCs and look at the managerial and financial ones and see if your duties match closely with any of the NOC descriptions. Then you'll know.

2175 is not an eligible NOC. Do you mean 2171/2/3/4?

Could u please help me getting duties to be included in experience certificate for E-commerce site programmer NOC code 2174. A friend of mine needs it urgently as his file has been returned for CIC is not satisfied with job duties and file as been returned. Please he needs job duties sply from people who has already got PER so to be sure CIC kinda approved those job duties. Please forum help us in this ASAP. His file is ready just need job duties. Thanks in advance

Suggest adjusting to a different NOC if possible to do so while remaining honest. 2174 must be capped long ago.

Hello Friends,

Advice required.

I received PER on 2nd October and i have not yet done my PCC. I am from New delhi and should be getting the request from NDVO.

When does PCC request usually come. Should i start with the process of collecting the PCC, since it might take couple of weeks to get PCC done for my wife as we got married this year and before marriage she used to stay in a different city.

Do we need to get fresh PCC done once we get request from the visa office ?

Bro both Copies are same no difference. In Cass of @ myreckus, I think he got copy from wes(may be on request) mentioning duplicate on it.

Seniors please correct me if I'm wrong.

You could always send new documents to replace some of the old documents such as your generic form and schedule 3, but there is no guarantee they will be matched up with your old application. If you want to apply under a different NOC I suggest just sending in a fresh application.
